위치가 정말 좋았음. 너무 외지지도 않고, 중심가에서 적절히 떨어져 있고. 다만 아침에 우버를 호텔 바로 앞에서는 탈 수 없음. 2분정도 걸어가야 우버 예약 가능지점 나옴. 조식도 뭐 유럽치곤 나쁘다고 할 수 없고, 친절하고, 깨끗하고 좋음. 최대 단점은 방음이 별로임. 어린(10대후반?20대초반?) 유럽 남자애들이 늦게까지 떠드는데, 너무 시끄러웠음.

Hostal simples, mas muito bem localizado e atendimento excelente.

Seconde fois à Hostal Persal .Rafraichi depuis ma dernière visite (2009) .Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre de Madrid. On peut tout visiter à pieds en étant à proximité des attractions touristiques. Les plus : personnel très accueillant et poli, la situation géographique. fenêtre coulissante dans la douche, salle de déjeuner agréable avec une musique douce. Coffre fort dans la chambre. Les moins : salle de bain salle avec des cheveux dans le bac à douche et au sol à notre arrivé, pas de pression dans la douche donc un petit filet d'eau pour se laver (impossible de se détendre le dos après une bonne journée) , petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel ( pain sec un matin, cheveux trouver sur une tranche de fromage) , mauvaise insonorisation (peut vite être bruyant si votre voisin n'est pas respectueux ( réveiller en pleine nuit à 3h du matin par une personne parlant très fort dans la chambre à coté. literie correcte mais pas exceptionnelle. Manque une bouilloire dans la chambre, mais possibilité de se servir thé ou café dans le hall d'entré moyennant finance. Globalement une bonne adresse qui gagnerait à s'améliorer pour être au top! Un peu cher malgré tout

Best hotel to visit Madrid

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de todos os pontos turísticos, fiz tudo a pé. Tem mercados, restaurantes e lojas por perto. A equipe é muito gentil. A limpeza é muito boa e diária. A acomodação tem somente o básico, conforme anunciado, mas me serviu perfeitamente bem, a cama é confortável, tem guarda roupa e banheiro muito bom.

The strongest point is the location—it’s in the center of Sol, which makes it easy to walk around the city. However, the hotel needs more maintenance. The toilet flush wasn’t working, and I informed reception right away, but 3 days later it still hadn’t been fixed. Also, the floors are very thin, and we could hear everything from other rooms.

I was very pleased for the price I paid. It's a barebones room, but it was clean and a decent size. The lobby is fairly nice looking. The location could not be better.

El personal del Hotel excepcional la ubicación muy buena y la habitación acogedora. Reserve habitación para dos adultos y un niño de dos años, al llegar al hotel me encontré que tenía que pagar un suplemento porque la “web de expe ría está incorrecta y solo es habitación para 2 personas 2 personas

Loved the location. Lots of great spots to shop & find great food. The staff at Persal were absolutely fantastic. Very personable. Can’t wait to go back.

The location was fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was always staffed by a very friendly and helpful person. The common areas were charming, too. We had a great stay!

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and seating area. Room was very basic, window faced an interior courtyard so no view. And sound from the neighbors echoed like crazy. A/C was basically just blowing room temp. Also, not a hostel. No kitchen or shared spaces. Overall, hotel was nice room was basic.

Excellent customer service at the front desk. You need to return your key each time you exit. There was always an employee working the desk that was always friendly. Very central location. I walked to all the major sites and the metro.
