Otel tarihi bir binada yer alıyor ve girişten itibaren atmosferi hissediyorsunuz. Varna’nın tam merkezinde olması büyük avantaj; merkezdeki pek çok yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Otelin önünde ücretli otopark olması da bu konumda oldukça kullanışlı. Resepsiyon ve mutfak ekibi son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Oda oldukça büyüktü. Banyosu da gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltı seçenekleri sınırlıydı ve beklentimi karşılamadı. Otelde temizliğe daha fazla dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. Konum ve personel ilgisi güçlü yönleri olsa da temizlik ve kahvaltı konusunda gelişmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Our room was lovely, clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast exceeded my expectations and the location is great! Highly recommend!

This is q beautiful classical hotel right in the center of towns. The room was very big - 30 square meters - and comfortable. But it was outdated and somewhat shabby. The hallway was dark. The breakfast was adequate but there could have been more choices. The staff was friendly.

I like the hotel, because it has a lovely old worldly feel to it, it is very comfortable, lovely lge bed and a pleasant atmosphere all round. Also rooms are quite and lovely and warm.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, convenient to shops and my favourite restaurant is across the road. Rooms massive and luxurious. Bed very comfortable. My most favourite hotel in Varna. I have booked two more stays.

Hotel clásico venido a menos por falta de mantenimiento y de inversión. La entrada y los pasillos desprenden un cierto encanto, pero las habitaciones están desfasadas. La cama se hunde, debe ser tan antigua como el hotel, y el baño necesita una remodelación urgente. Tampoco tiene spa en funcionamiento como lo tuvo tiempos atrás. En definitiva le sobran los adjetivos de “grand hotel”.

The downtown location of this hotel was its greatest asset. Plus the free breakfast. The reception desk staff was also friendly. Other than that, we were not impressed. Very surprised that this hotel is rated as 5 Stars. The bed mattress was extremely hard, old and uncomfortable; the bathroom door frame was rotting from lack of humidity control; we were supplied with only one towel per person each day; several tiles in the bathroom were cracked; and although the furniture was baroque style and supposed to appear old, it was truly OLD. The hallways did have lovely decor, however, the elevator door wouldn’t open or close properly during our entire stay and although we told the staff it was a danger to guests, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Perhaps we would return only for the location and free breakfast.
