When we arrived the person at the desk seemed high and unable to comprehend what I was saying. She put us in the wrong room without telling us and only after we realized it did she inform me that they didn’t have our room available anymore. Additionally I asked about putting the security deposit on another card and splitting the payment that way and was almost charged an extra $50. No apologies were given and the room was not even cleaned properly.

I liked that the room was clean. It was in a safe area and the breakfast was good.

This particular stay was a huge disappointment. It did not feel like we were staying at an Embassy Suits, but maybe an old Motel 6. We opened the pull out bed and there were no sheets or pillowcases. I called the front desk. They told me I can come down in a few minutes to pick them up myself. I went and got them, but there were no pillowcases. We left to go out in the morning the next day. We returned later in the afternoon and our room was never cleaned. The room had a funky smell to begin with. The fridge was dirty, and so was the bathroom. I wouldn't be complaining had they not charged me $300 per night. We had friends staying at other hotels in the area for half the price and a better room...

Beautiful and clean.

Very clean rooms . Staff was great. At check out was charged for parking. I was not told about a fee for parking upon checking in. Only found out when checked out and 24.00 charge for parking.

The stay was very nice. The staff was very helpful and we loved that they were accommodating for our pet.We would definitely stay again.

Very nice and contemporary hotel with excellent customer service and amenities. Given the price point, definitely would stay there again.

Nice property, but fails miserably to provide essentials of a pleasant stay. Parking lot too small to accomodate guests despite $12/night charge. Sheets too small for the bed. Breakfast service so slow I gave up and NO COFFEE in the breakfast area. All this for $176 per night. Never again!

The room is comfortable.

The room was great… comfy sheets and quiet heating/air conditioning system. We were disappointed about how the “manager’s reception” has deteriorated over the years. You are now limited to two crap beers or two 1/2 glasses of wine. If you want a mixed drink, be prepared to pay a surcharge of $3-$8 , of which the “bartenders” are clueless how to make anyway. The breakfast was really good and they even had eggs! We loved the 12:00 noon check out. The kids got in a swim before we left.
