Delícia de hotel! De comidas e todas as áreas de lazer! Perfeito!

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel and does not reflect the standard advertised. The room and bathroom were dirty on arrival, and there was very little hot water throughout our stay. The toilet had a constant unpleasant smell that came into the room, making it very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also very weak and struggled to cool the room. The food was bland with very little variety, and there were flies around the buffet, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The pool was overcrowded every day, making it difficult to relax or even find space. The majority of the staff were rude, unhelpful and showed very little interest in resolving problems. The only positive was that the night staff were friendly and tried to help where they could. The location is also poor, with very little nearby, meaning you have to rely on taxis to get anywhere. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and nowhere near the 4-star hotel that was advertised. I would not recommend this hotel and feel misled by the rating.

Fiz uma viagem em família, encontramos com nossos familiares que moram na Itália no Occidental Ibiza, a hospedagem foi muito agradável, somente acho que deveriam melhorar o sistema de ar condicionado, pois não dava conta do calor.

We loved the hotel. The staff was helpful, and the food was easily some of the best all-inclusive we have had. One small issue: the kids' pool was a paddle pool for young non-swimmers, and there was 1 small pool with a 1.6m shallow end. Not suitable for young swimmers who dont need armbands.

Me gustó el recibimiento, llegas agotado y con prisas y te dan un servicio de primera. Comida, ambiente ameno y sobre todo empático. Volvería sin duda. Algo que también me gustó es que nuestro vuelo salía después del checkout, pero aún así pudimos seguir disfrutando de los servicios, entonces el hotel no te desampara mientras esperas. Cosas por mejorar, la limpieza de las vajillas donde servimos los alimentos platos, tasas, etc. Por lo demás… encantada toda mi familia! Abrazos!!

Personnel accueillants, l’hotel possède de nombreux poles de restauration et bars. Assez bien situé près d’une plage a 500m, arret de bus a 2 min. La restauration est varié, sous forme de buffet, tous les jours différents plats. Le all inclusive porte bien son nom. Pret de serviette de plage possible.

Rooms weren’t very clean, towels didn’t get changed. Advertised as a double room but it’s two single beds pushed together (not connected) so you fell down a gap in the middle of the bed in the night! Shower temperature changed Food pretty good for an all inclusive and pool area / dining area and communal areas were lovely. Nice for a relaxing holiday!

It's a fine stay, but the place felt cheaply built. The entire power socket comes out of the wall when I unplugged an electronic that was charging. The furniture in the room was water damaged. There was a foul smell coming out of the bathroom drain. There were ants in my room. Stains on the couch. Besides all of that - take advantage of the amenities. All of the food was good.

Food options were good and change everyday, breakfast was very good , except for coffee which was awful. Rooms ok but need update. Staff friendly & accommodative Should have a premium drink package, recommended overall.

Staff at the front desk was very rude… everyone acted like they were doing us a favor and were being inconvenienced. Loud throughout the day, palm trees being trimmed in front of the room before 7am. Walls were paper thin. Would not recommend.

la picine principale près de la reception , places et transats trop serrés , picine très mal placée. Par contre la picine derrière le tennis, très appréciable, calme et bon espace
