Great location for walking and exploring. The breakfast was fantastic and very fresh. Rooms were clean, beds weren’t great but overall it was a nice quiet hotel.

The breakfast is very good buffet.

Our room was quite large and bathroom was newly updated with a lovely shower. The breakfast was phenomenal. we loved to see the chef standing there in his white uniform and making sure everyone was happy.

It was a great experience to be at Embassy Inn in Victoria, BC Close to all great places that town has to offer. The hotel was great and we didn’t had any problems Thank you Embassy Inn for having us.

No fan in the bathroom Tub was difficult to use for older adults- no hand lotion- the toilet paper was of an inferior quality- the room rates were not clearly specified- higher weekend rates- the location was excellent and it was safe to walk in the evening

Everything was good. They used to say welcome back when you checked in if you were a repeat customer, miss that!

One chair in a four person room and we were denied a second chair when we requested one. No tea in room and Keurig did’nt work!

It’s a good property to stay near parliament building and inner harbor. I just want room having a view of parliament building but they didn’t have that time rest breakfast is good and property is also well maintained

Upgraded rooms clean & bright, staff welcoming, breakfast good, always stay there when I’m in town, must try.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and well prepared. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to friends coming to Victoria.

The breakfast included was good!

The breakfast was good. A lot of options and nicely set up. The hotel room had all the necessities. My only complaint was the bald man in the white apron from the kitchen standing around at breakfast with his arms crossed or hands on his hips watching us. I felt like I was being watched by a body guard or security officer. Made us feel uncomfortable. I’ve been to many breakfast buffets at hotels and they don’t do this. Guests are made to feel comfortable and free to enjoy.

This hotel was recommended to me by a family member who stayed previously. The location is excellent as you can walk to anything located around the Harbour. The hotel, despite being older, is well appointed and extremely clean. Our room had a balcony (even though it was small) which was lovely to have. The buffet breakfast (free) was excellent- extensive and offering many options. Staff was very friendly and helpful! As with most hotels in the area - there is a parking fee of $20/ day. I would definitely consider staying here again.
