Rooms are outdated. Just right to the bus station and 5 walk to the train station.

Todo estuvo muy bien

Air conditioning didn’t work. Room temperature was hot and the room was smelly. Rugs were not clean.

Contras: 1. Había un olor extraño y desagradable en la habitación. Me recordó a una casa antigua o a una sala de hospital para ancianos. 2. No hay agua gratis en la habitación. Hay que pagar 3 € por una botella de 0,5 l. 3. No hay hervidor con té y café instantáneos gratuitos. 4. No hay ningún mensaje en la puerta giratoria de entrada que indique que hay que empujarla. No hay tirador, lo que sugiere que es manual. Como en cualquier hotel (y en cualquier lugar), este tipo de puertas se abren automáticamente, y parece una puerta automática, así que esperé unos minutos, completamente confundido por qué no se abría. Las ventanas tienen la luz tenue, así que es difícil ver si hay alguien dentro. Después de pegar la cara a la ventana, finalmente vi a la recepcionista, en la esquina del pasillo, haciéndome señas para que empujara la puerta. 5. Hay ruido de trenes. Pros: 1. La habitación era espaciosa, con un televisor grande, una mesa de centro y un escritorio. 2. El baño tenía utensilios de primera, incluyendo un acondicionador de pelo e incluso un peine. 3. El personal fue amable. Considerando la falta de agua y hervidor, no consideraría el hotel de 4 estrellas, sino de 3.

Bien situado, funcional, tranquilo.

Location was great to the bus station and food and markets

Was a lovely stay, very clean, lovely staff but not a four star. There wasn't any kettle (tea or coffee) in the room like most hotels do, even two stars. As a four star, I thought there would be something for the children, example: pool table and so on. But apart from that, was lovely.

Very good hotel.

This has been one the best hotels I have stayed in. Very clean with a great staff to help with your every question. Reserve on the 7th floor and you will see what I mean!

Bien en general… una pega, que si te toca una habitación al lado de las vías del tren… es un poco ruidosa.

Este lugar no es nada de lo que parece en la página!!!! No hagan las reservas a través de Expidia porque luego no se hacen responsables ni ellos ni el hotel; se limitan a nada más que darte lo que les parece además no te reembolsan el dinero… perdí dinero tiempo y energía en este lugar…

Buena opcion y buena relacion precio servicio

Good location. Room needs refurbishing. Few personnel. No night amenities such as a bar with light food.

Podría mejorar algunos detalles en los aseos !!
