Rating & Review Keseluruhan Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga Ooltewah

The light above the sink did not work. It took 10 minutes for the water to heat up for a shower. When you have customers coming in you should at least have heat/air running when they come to make it comfortable. It was in the 20s and the heat in the room was not even on. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged danish rolls, coffee and juice. If you are going to advertise breakfast you shluld have at least biscuits. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was only a danish and coffee or juice. The bathroom in our room was very dirty, the carpet in the room was old with holes in it and the entire place is very run down. My kid dropped something and when he looked under the bed to get it there was trash and toys from previous guests.

Was a good stay...the carpets were definitely old...overall a good stay

Very cheap in appearance and quality. Broken Table and drawers. Misrepresentations of breakfast include. It’s one danish and coffee. More of a snack than breakfast

Stayed one night. The king bed was great. A good basic place to lay your head.

This place was absolutely horrible stains all over the bed cigarette holes on the covers a roach in the bathroom smelled horribly like marijuana. It was just an absolutely disaster and we booked two rooms for my daughter’s wedding and it was horrendous!!!! mold on the bad skirt of the bed. It was just oh my gosh, I do not want anybody else to have to go through what we went through…. And the people that were at the front was crazy yelling at the top of his lungs at two females because we was complaining about the nasty hotel and the nasty rooms refuse to give us our money back. Just wanted to keep switching rooms. Finally, we got a room that did not smell and was halfway decent

Room looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in awhile. Bedding was clean. Bathroom had mildew and door needed to be clean. The coffee pot was missing. Cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9 am, 2 hours before check out. Noise from other rooms and outside was an issue. Good location if you’re passing through but would not recommend for extended stay. Had we been traveling with children we would have asked for a refund.

It is quiet here walking distance to restaurants gas stations near the interstate

The people are nice. The place is extremely outdated. The room smalled horrible had a gross feeling Furniture was in poor condition. Probably the most disgusting room ive ever stayed in.

The room ok. There stains on the wall and in the bathroom. The bathroom door handle was broken. The curtain to block out the sun was hanging off the railing. It said it had free breakfast, but it only had coffee and a danish.

What a dump! I will never stay at nother Super 8.

The staff was friendly, and the facility needs an upgrade. It was easy to travel to my place of business from the hotel.

You get what you pay for. And this one is cheaper than anything else on this exit. Solid crappy hotel for if you are working out of town and on a serious budget.
