Ubicación céntrica excelente

The location was great. Close to everything, the old city, walking distance from the port and the metro station . The staff was very friendly and helpful to give directions to go around the city. I really recommend this place.

AC not working in room. Ants in room. Dated bathroom and decor. Close to Spanish Quarter and port. Many dining options near by. For transparency, I didn’t speak to a manager for support and after 1 night, I simply made the decision to leave early and change hotels.

Excellent location. Close to many shops, restaurants and transportation. Front desk staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Executive room on 3rd floor had a small Juliette style balcony and room was a good size.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms themselves were very old linens and towels. There was not a chair in the room and the shower was extremely slippery.

Vi hadde et flott opphold på hotellet. Det lå svært sentralt i forhold til det vi ønsket å se, hadde en metro stasjonen kun få meter unna, og kom oss lett til jernbane, museer. Fergeleiet med ferger til øyene Capri, Ischia og Procida lå også like ved. Flybussen stoppet like ved. Rommet var svært behagelig. Det var en flott frokost salong på toppen av bygget, med utsikt, og terasse. Frokosten var god, med godt utvalg og med en svært elskverdig betjening ! Vil anbefale hotellet for de som skal til Napoli.

L'Hotel si trova in una zona molto comoda di Napoli, a piedi in poco tempo si può andare al Centro Storico, Via Toledo/quartieri Spagnoli, e anche al lungomare ci si arriva in una ventina di minuti. Camera piccole ma confortevoli, la colazione con prodotti di alta qualità, tutto il personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile.

The location is great but we stayed just one night because the next day we took off to Sorrento but this hotel is close and walking distance to great attractions. Mario de Manager was very helpful,great attitude.

Do not book this property. The area isn’t great, and the AC doesn’t work. This is supposed to be a 4 star property taking over $200/night, and they are lying about the AC not working. We booked 3 rooms as a group, and they gave each of us a different excuse as to why the AC wasn’t working. Reasons ranged from city hall cutting their power (clearly a lie since everything else was working) to technician has turned it off and it won’t turn on till after the weekend. Properties also usually take any payments at check out. Conveniently these folks asked for payment up front, knowing all these issues. The rooms were also very small, and dated. Will not be staying here again. Do not recommend.

Skip this place. It is way too noisy at night. The elevator motor was shaking the walls all night. You couldn’t pay me enough to do that again. Messed up a whole day from no sleep.

Le personnel de l'accueil, des chambres et du petit déjeuner sont tres gentils et agreables. Toutefois nous avons signalé dès le lendemain de notre arrivée un problème sur la climatisation qui faisait un bruit d'enfer nous empêchant de dormir problème regler en milieu de sejour ! Mais aussi le sèche-cheveux qui s'arrête au bout de 15 secondes avec un bruit strident anormal signalé et constaté aussi par la femme de ménage... rien n'a été fait. Pour finir dans un 4* n'avoir qu'un 1 oreiller et pas epais, c'est pas top. Nous avons demandé 1 second mais 2jours plus tard toujours rien..heureusement que nous avons vu une personne de l'étage qui nous les a donné immédiatement.
