Fell in love with Palermo and this hotel was part of the reason. Allowed me to leave bags as we were early for check in. Walking distance to museums, markets restaurants.

Very nice centrally located hotel, excellent service. Excellent breakfast, but limited choices for dinner if you want to stay in rather than going out to eat. Excellent bathroom facilities, but the shower could be a bit larger.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of options and it was tasty. Rooms were spacious, however need a bit of dust removing. Hotel is refurbished and secure.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city. The staff are friendly and efficient and I would happily recommend the hotel. I was accommodated in massive room in converted 19th century apartment building adjacent to the main hotel. The room was nice but I had a few quibbles. The smart Android TV is not connected to the WiFi and only had Italian TV channels. So, I could not access the streaming apps or Chromecast to the TV from my phone. Moreover, despite being a premium room, the hotel only provides paper cups in the rooms, which is rather ghastly if drinking local wines in your room.

Great front desk staff, fabulous free breakfast with extensive selection of food and drink, walkable neighborhood with numerous shops and restaurants - watch out for the cars, scooters, motorbikes & other vehicles zipping through the very narrow streets!

Vi havde ved indtjekning udtrykkeligt bedt dem komme med vores bil kl. 8.00, da vi havde en flyafgang. Dette havde de glemt!!!!. Vi kunne få den om 1/2 time. DETTE ER IKKE GOD SERVICE.

Location was excellent!

The room was huge and I loved that plus the AC. It’s oddly noisy (I was on floor 2) but traffic and garbage trucks for 3 nights. Water pressure in the bathroom was great and so was breakfast. Surprised that they only offered shampoos and hand soap as toiletries. Otherwise really good stay. American like space and 2 double beds!

O hotel tem uma ótima localização. Mercure sempre atende bem nos propósitos que ele oferece. O único porém que tenho a dizer sobre a minha estadia, foi que fomos alocados em um quarto em um prédio fora do hotel, aparentemente um quarto em prédio comércial no qual o mercure transformou uma parte de ló quinto andar em hotel. Eu não localizei na minha reserva nada que dizia que eu ficaria em um quarto como esse, me senti como se tivesse em um Airbnb e não em uma rede de hotel. Pois não possuíamos lobby, área para café da manhã, nada disso, era apenas o quarto. O Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto. E o ar condicionado não funcionou no primeiro dia, no segundo dia após reclamarmos eles consertaram.

Muito boa, é um quarto pequeno, mas suficiente para uma pessoa. As pessoas são muito atenciosas. A localização do hotel é excelente.

Very clean. Good location. Great breakfast. Bed was very hard.
