Quarto sujo. Hotel vende que vc fica no hotel chique mas na verdade é um puxadinho da lateral. Quarto apesar de superior é muito apertado. Hotel velho e sem manutenção. Cilada. No máximo um 3 estrelas

The location was very convenient to many areas of interest. The staff was very friendly as well.

The hotel is great. It’s actually better inside than what it looks outside. It’s pretty new and the rooms are big and modern location is great. The stuff is great. My only reservation with the review is that they gave me a really bad room third floor looking at the AC inside. I travel all over the world and I like when I get something better than the worst room in the hotel.

Be ready to be confused on how to get to and from your room. You have to take 2 elevators and the floors are not the same level even though you never change floors. Our room was extremely warm when we arrived. Apparently the air was turned off by the staff. We arrived during extremely high temps.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the room was clean and cozy, we also had a balcony to walk out on. Our view faces the pond of ducks and swans. The staff was always delightful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and the setting breath taking. We will be back. It was in the heart and walking distance to everything. Try the donut place across the street for fabulous pastries. The subway is a step to the left out of the entrance. I cannot express more how much we loved the hotel and the location.

This hotel is extremely conveniently located right at Charing Cross Station and walkable to the National Gallery, Coventry Garden and the Theater District. We happened to be there during a heat wave and the hotel was wonderfully cool. The cleaning staff was very good and they had wonderful amenities for free in the room -crisps, cookies, popcorn and water, tea and coffee. We had lunch in the restaurant and it was very pleasant and delicious. There is also a very pleasant coffee shop serving Starbucks and delicious danish. The only oddity of the hotel is having to go up one floor from the entrance, cross a bridge and then down 1-2 floors to the rooms. It was overall a very pleasant stay that I can highly recommend.
