Nice cozy little spot to stay

Trashy place. Disgusting smell in the lobby, hallway and rooms. Old, worn linens, ripped towels and TV from early 19th century, Avoid if you can afford anything else.

A/C was fine but the carpet in the first room that we checked in was so stinky we had to switch room

This is a good place, we found a clean Room, the front desk staff very kind, Good Parking , and good Air Conditioning . I feeling confortable. Very quiet place.

Ok. I've stayed here before, but this will be the last. While the Staff is accommodating and provide excellent customer service, the hotel itself needs cleanliness upgrades. The pool was welcoming and cool after a warn day, but over chlorinated. Travels to said pool walking down a hallway smelling moldy. Elevator at check in was a combination of Drakkar Noir and sick. Bed in room was ok, and extra pillows helped, but still mediocre at best. We were a party of 2, with bathroom amenities being 1 towel amd 1 washcloth. Hmm. Transient and dogs in hotel. Sketchy.

Room and bath were nicely cleaned. Carpet not the best. I appreciated the larger tub with grab bar. My room got too cold and couldn't change it. Someone came and started the heat inthe morning but it was so slow to warm up so I had to take my shower in the 60's. I was surprised there wasn't a padded chair in the room, only the straight one at the desk. They graciously brought me a chair and table. The staff was great! Carried my luggage to the room, when I checked out, and put it in my vehicle. No coffee maker in room. They do offer it (I was told) in the morning in the lobby, but farther than I wanted to walk. All in all, for the price I may stay there again. I prefer breakfast being offered, but for the price I won't complain. I did learn one lesson, I registered on line for the first time, but won't do that again. I wasn't able to change anything with my room reservation upon arrival...very disappointing.

There seems to a lack of time and money put into the upkeep of this hotel - it’s really starting to feel run down. The carpet in the rooms feel damp with lots of stains and possibly the light unpleasant smell - solution - wear your shoes! The bathroom - looks like the shower curtain was melted in the dryer and all the wrinkles kept in place - toilet a little wobbly but hey- it worked The linens - noticeable stain on the bedsheet of one bed The noise - I don’t really care to know when the surrounding rooms are showering The reception -friendly, amazing and accommodating of request (from 1 bed to 2) The elevators - super dirty, bugs, and a little red green tape situation around the button panel - only one elevators working Snack machines and ice - as expected Air conditioner worked well and plenty space for parking

Great staff

Staff were kind, courteous and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean, we were very comfortable. My one and only critique would be that the pool water needs draining and refilling more often to keep it clean and usable for guests. We were very excited to use the pool and brought our suits, but found a layer of scuzz floating on the top from body oil and ... whatever else it might have been. Pool upkeep needs improvement. Enjoyed our stay, looking forward to staying again and would love the opportunity to enjoy the pool as well.

The staff was by far the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. This is a very basic budget hotel that is showing its age and is in serious need of cosmetic updates. I can't speak to the mechanical condition, but the elevator was unsettling enough that I avoided using it whenever possible. Our room was very small, but it was clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioner worked, although not particularly well. The window had no locks and no screen, which wasn't a major concern for us since we were on the second floor, but it's something that should be addressed. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold, and while there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, I've noticed that's becoming more common in budget hotels. The pool was clean, although it looked larger in the online photos than it actually is. It was also much warmer than we expected. During our stay, I witnessed two customers being unnecessarily aggressive and almost hostile toward the staff. The employees remained calm, professional, and courteous throughout both interactions, which left a positive impression on me. Overall, this isn't a luxury hotel, and it's definitely in need of renovations. However, if you're looking for an inexpensive place to sleep in the area, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff did an excellent job. As long as you go in with realistic expectations, it serves its purpose well.

1 Elevator broken. The other not working. Pee on the elevator floor. Room smell. Staff very nice otherwise. Hotel needs an overhaul.
