没有烧水壶，没有给我补充瓶装水健身房太小了，空调只能往冷调，没法调高温度，风力大的时候有特别大的噪音

Habitación amplia y cómoda

Don‘t go there if you are traveling through and need a good night’s sleep! It has now happened to me three times that I stayed there for a night on my way from/to the South of Spain, after a long drive and another one in front of me. Last night a bus load of British youths decided to make the corridor on my floor a party zone….

Bien tranquilo... seguramente volveré!

Breakfast terribly poor. Coffee dusgusting. Bacon barelt cooked. TV screeen showing bull fight with blood pouring out of the bulls neck. Not appetizing The on site restaurant is not part of the hotel. Same with the bar - so not possible to charge anything to room. Coachloads of Oriental travellers and restaurant seems to cater more to their needs

Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. La chambre est correcte, lits durs mais restent confortables. La ventilation fait un bruit désagréable. La salle de bain n’a que le stricte nécessaire. N’oubliez pas votre shampooing et son après, vous n’aurez que le savon pour les mains et du gel douche. La carte qui permet d’ouvrir la porte et d’allumer les lumières à arrêter de fonctionner pour l’éclairage, j’ai dû avoir 2 cartes différentes (qui, de plus, la carte pour la lumière s’était encore démagnétisé). À mon arrivée on m’avait confirmé que le petit déjeuner était inclus. Belle surprise quand une fois installée, un employé m’annonce que je dois payer 15,50€ car ce n’était pas le cas. Dernière chose : l’emplacement sans voiture est catastrophique. L’arrêt de bus est en face mais, en plus d’avoir très peu de bus et très très très en retard (comptez 1h d’attente dans le vide…), beaucoup ne passent pas ! Très déçue sur ça (même si ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel pour le coup). Pour son prix et ses 4 étoiles indiquées, plutôt déçue. En revanche les agents sont adorables et disponibles (malgré l’histoire du petit déjeuner…)

La ubicación en pleno parque empresarial. La atención del personal, fría, gente a la que parece no agradar su trabajo. Servicios justos o escasos para una categoría de 4 estrellas. Las instalaciones, con escaso mantenimiento, para mantener esas 4 estrellas. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias, en contraste con algunos puntos de la habitación. El desayuno, muy caro para lo que ofrecen, más bien escaso.

Venligt og imødekommende personale

Great for a night stay prior to Ibiza. Staff was very helpful and arranged our very early transportation to the airport with no delay. Only complaint is a very strong, unpleasant order in our room. This was circumvented by opening the window for several hours.
