Cozy B&B, tucked away in a beautiful spot, but close enough to walk to town. The inn keepers were delightful...welcoming. helpful and quite skilled at cooking and baking!

Ideal location and excellent service

Loved the house. It was so comfy and welcoming. Julianna is such a great hostess. The breakfast was very delicious.

This property is several blocks off Dock Square but very convenient and a hidden gem. Lovely house with plenty of parking. The owner Julianna is very friendly, knowledgable and the perfect host. A beautiful breakfast includes home baked goods by her daughter Hannah. A wonderful place to stay and we will be returning.

The 1802 House is a charming bed and breakfast in beautiful Kennebunkport. Juliana welcomed us and was a truly wonderful host. The inn is lovely and breakfast was top rate. Our only complaint is that our stay was so short! We would absolutely stay at The 1802 House again when in Kennebunkport amd would recommend a stay there to family and friends.

We loved this beautiful inn. The breakfast was exceptional. Grounds and property are impeccably maintained and the innkeeper is a wonderful hostess. It is a beautiful walk to town for those who enjoy a longer walk.

Stayed in a room built in 1802! Enough said. Great historic building with plenty of charm and personality. Wonderful location to get out of the bustling downtown district. Very friendly hostess as well. Love it.

The staff at the 1802 Inn were welcoming and made us feel comfortable upon arrival. The inn was quaint, decorated for autumn, perfect for an October visit. Joanna and Lars were sociable and never hesitated to sit and chat with my husband and me. This inn does feel like home.

We arrived an hour early and the front door was locked. We had to call a phone number and were told to come back in an hour, not very accomendating. Unfortunately I was in need of a restroom, when I explained the need I was tool "sorry, come back at the check in time". This was not very accomendating. Also breakfast was not served until 9. We had a tour at 9. , again, not very accommendating. They also charged for glass of happy hour wine. However, accomedations were very clean.

Julianna goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. The inn is so cute and clean, and it is very conveniently located.

This is a lovely place, and we had a very nice time. Two things to be aware of, though: they do not provide toiletries, and the second floor rooms require you to go up narrow stairs. I still think it's a wonderful place to stay.

This was my first B&B experience, and it was SO lovely! The room was cute, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and our host so kind and helpful. It’s a quick walk into the shops and restaurants of Kennebunkport, too! I’d definitely stay here again!
