Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel El Greco

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Greco. In walking distance from the railway station and to most sites in Thessaloniki. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom, good bed, ok breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Happy to stay here again.

Hotel bien situe au centre ville. Accueil et entretien des chambres parfait. Petit dejeuner et repas tres correct. Bon rapport qualite prix. Je le recommande.

Very good hotel. Comfortable and strategically placed in the heath of Thessaloniki. Ten minutes of walk to railway station. Three minutes to the nearest metro station. Buses to and from airport just outside main door. Breakfast memorable.

Great staff at reception!

Hotel in location centrale, vicino a fermata del bus da e per l'aeroporto. Camera non grande ma pulita. Bagno piccolo ma pulito, andava bene anche se non c'erano ganci per attaccare asciugamani. La nota spiacevole riguarda un signore che era addetto alla reception: io sono arrivata in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check in (alle 2 pm mentre il check in inizia alle 3 pm). Lo sapevo, parlo con una prima persona gentile alla reception, mi siedo e aspetto. Nel mentre arriva un nuovo addetto alla reception che mi vede e ha delle cose da fare. Benissimo. Aspetto, sono le 3.10 pm, mi alzo e vado alla reception. Questo signore mi ignora totalmente, continua a guardare dei fogli, io dico con gentilezza che in precedenza ho già fatto il check e vorrei ricevere la chiave della camera. Questo signore non alza nemmeno gli occhi su di me, mi ignora, ancora peggio mi fa un gesto con la mano che significa di andarmene e di lasciarlo in pace e dice "aspetta che tra un po' arrivo da te". Sono incredula che una persona che in quel momento è il biglietto da visita dell'hotel, che ha il compito di accogliere i clienti, tratti una persona in questo modo. Nel mentre arriva una ragazza alla reception e gentilmente le chiedo di avere la chiave. Lei gentilmente mi dà la chiave e pago la tassa di soggiorno. L'hotel è piacevole, sono stata bene, ma non tornerò in un posto dove chi dovrebbe dare il benvenuto alle persone, invece le tratta con scortesia.

Ich war für eine Nacht im Hotel. Absolut zufrieden. Werde wieder kommen.

Central location but right on main road which surprisingly at night noise was minimal. Excellent breakfast and mezzanine level sitting area useful. Room small but two chairs/ table. Bathroom glamorous though could do with exhaust fan . I’d stay again if price right

The nicest people in the world. I arrived after the hardest day and they worked hard to make my day beautiful! Many thanks to the hotel manager!

Location is central. There are bus stops and shops near by. The staffs are very helpful!

Need to improve the air conditioning unit in the rooms.
