Rating & Review Keseluruhan South Beach Resort Hotel

Such a fun, sweet spot for my family of five! Pools were warm even though the weather was not! Cute, clean “beach”. Rooms were fine enough. Fantastic location and plenty on site to do!

Our room said we would have two queens and sleep sofa. We only had two queens,they gave us the handicapped room, and the one queen was up agsinst the air conditioning unit. You couldn't get out on that side.

It was a nice, clean place and perfect for the 1 night we were visiting Marblehead.

I was told by the desk clerk that the hotel price if I had booked with her would have been $60 less than Hotels.com. I’m very disappointed

I stayed here this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing. I plan on coming back. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Very understanding. It was all around a good trip.

Wonderful place.

Great find!! A little old school but VERY clean and spacious! We got a jacuzzi room with lake view, gorgeous area. Service on point. Shower head was AMAZING. Kid play area, beach volleyball court, walking path and small beach area. Wish we woulda been able to get in before 1 am, but came in after Cedar Point. Great place for family reunions or events!

Balcony off room and personal jet tub are highlights of this easy to access location with genuinely friendly staff. Having the option for a less expensive, low frills stay that is still more upscale than basic modern hotels is a gift when looking for a last minute weekend getaway. This place can deliver on that in both access to the water and the facilities on site.

Would be a great place to have a family reunion.

Very cute and clean resort. Not a whole lot to do this time of year though. The beds are not as comfortable however and pillow was flat as a pancake. Breakfast was ok. Very loud stomping from people above us. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Checkin guy was amazing and kind - owner is on-site often! The facility is a little warm but the hospitality and charm make up for all of it!! We loved our stay!

Great weekend getaway.

Nothing on website said pools where closed after Labor Day. Was told because we booked thru travel agent we could not have balcony room so we looked out the window to a wall. An extra charge for 94 dollars was changed at time of checkin. No refrigerator or micro wave. Toilet dirty, looked like blood spots on bathroom door. We left before 11 o'clock after second night but was charged for three nights. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room we had did have the ADA bathroom that we requested which was a plus. It is convenient to restaurants and places to sight see. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the front entrance were amazing. We asked several questions and asked for dinner recommendation and the staff was polite, professional and very friendly.

Older place but nice renovations and wonderful service!
