We stayed in the suite and it was amazing. So roomy for a family. But the pool was quite small. The breakfast was also great and very clean.

Building is very run down. We had to have our room changed as a huge leak from ceiling started in the bathroom, which woke us up in the middle of the night. Called front desk and the lady came up said here put your garbage buckets to catch the water. The response was when you go out tomorrow we will try and move you into another room. Finally were able to go to different room after asking as we couldn't even use bathroom due to so much water coming down. Once in new room we had to ask for bedding, room was dirty and was a down grade for sleeping arrangements. No towels so had to ask for that too. No one asked or offered what they could do to accommodate any discount or refund of any kind for the disruption or the down grade in rooms. Very disappointed in our stay.

We stayed 1 night in a King suite. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and a separate seating area with a pull out sofa. Both the bed area and seating area had a tv. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The pool and hot tub area was nice and relaxing after a long travel day. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety of items. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Clean room, although a little dated. Hot tub needs a refinish as well but did the trick

First room smelled so much like urine we had to immediately exit. Front desk (Jessica maybe...) was very prompt in finding an alternative room. Second room was cramped but clean. AC unit was obnoxiously loud but effective.

Room air conditioner did not work; had to rebook at another hotel

Clean room and pool area. Staff were excellent to deal with.

All good other than when we checked out; billing had some errors but was quickly resolved once it was brought to their attention.
