Beautiful clean property in downtown Waterloo! Super close to a few bars, convention center and the venue our friend got married in. Clean room and good customer service

Hotel was fine, but all rooms are adjoining and you can hear everything going next door.

The rooms are updated and nice. The beds are comfortable. I wish they had a hot tub in the pool area.

I stayed with family members in several different rooms. Some of us experienced malfunctioning climate control in our rooms. Too warm. Staff responded, however, given the rating of the premises, this is unacceptable. The complimentary breakfast was very good & dining staff attended the supply and cleanliness very well. They are outstanding!

Room was clean. In house restaurant was fabulous.

I come to Waterloo every year in October. This is my favorite hotel and I have always stayed in there. Rooms are clean. Toilet and shower arte clean. Bedding is great. The swimming pool is great and the breakfast is fantastic. The price is right. Thumbs up!

Breakfast fresh, hot and satisfying with proper condiments.

We had our two small dogs with us…other dogs were on the premises as well. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.

First of all when I made the reservation I was paying $300 for a 2 night stay, just by chance I looked closer to my trip and discovered a lower price so I canceled the first reservation and made a new one for a lesser price. When I arrived at the hotel the guy couldn’t find my reservation so I had to give him the information on my phone. He finally found it. We were given a room on the 5th floor. The hotel didn’t seem very crowded. As we were getting ready to go to our family event I wanted some ice for my water. But due to the ice machine being out of order on our floor I had to go down 2 floors to get ice.. which is not a deal breaker, but a slight inconvenience. My big issue came both mornings of my stay at 7am. The family right next to me was extremely loud, kids running and jumping around, crying and yelling. I wasn’t sure if the noise was above me or next to us. But as the morning progressed they became louder. Needless to say after arriving late back to hotel the night before and being in town away from my work I really was excited to sleep in and relax. That didn’t happen. And I guess my biggest issue is this. For a hotel that has 10 floors of room, and only being 1/2 full. (Which I asked the lady at checkout-who by the way didn’t even ask how my stay was—another disappointment) WHY WOULD YOU PUT PEOPLE SO CLOSE TOGETHER?? Space it out. We had trouble the last time we stayed and wanted to give it a try again because it’s close to family, but not again.

Front desk women working night shift always on our case. Incorrectly assuming people we're staying in the room even though they were just hanging out in our room. Seemed like they didn't want to work there, getting mad that we were leaving the hotel room after they had just mopped the floor. I suggest they work on their customer service.
