Love the location

Location was perfect and walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping! Loved the outdoor pool and saunas! Awesome drinks and prices during happy hour, amazing food at restaurant with daily specials and wonderful live entertainment in the evenings! All around a top notch hotel!

I know where i would book for a stay if i return to Vancouver BC. It was a amazing place to stay for my vacation.

Everything was great. Room including bathroom was spacious. We took two nice rides around Stanley Park on courtesy bicycles.

Loved the outdoor pool, wish it along with the fire tables were opened a bit longer though! The valet was so kind and helpful too!

Rooms, food and location are very convenient

Good location, but this property is in desperate need of an overhaul in the rooms. The air conditioning is awful, lots of noise and something they could not fix. The maintenance guy even tried stuffing towels inside the unit (which actually worried us) to try and reduce the noise (it did not work).

Easy check in, very friendly staff, and great food!

The location of this hotel in Coal Harbour on the water is magnificent. The property is beautiful, well equipped with a terrific staff. We will be back!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms have such a beautiful view of the marina and the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a pool, sauna, spa, salon, restaurant and probably other things i didnt even know about. It is definitely worth staying here.

Nice property, good location and nice pools/restaurant but please sort out your wifi situation. $600 per night and I spent an hour with an offshore technical team trying to get connected to wifi. I complained to management but there was no follow up or anything either which was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a good visit

Staff were very friendly and facility was very clean and inviting. Walking and biking paths all along the bay and close to shopping, eating and Stanley park was great! Inside pool and small hot tub with a larger outside pool; thought an outside hot tub would have been nice. All in all, no complaints

Great location that is quiet and away from the city noise right off the seawall. Only a couple blocks off of the main shopping and dining.

Had such a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back.

The bartender refused to play the NBA playoff game on a single TV with 6 TVs playing 2 hockey games. The manager then came over and lied to us stating a family needed the hockey game on and that I was not allowed to speak to that family. When i spoke to the man at the table he said no he was not watching the game go ahead and watch the NBA game. A real shame as the bartender was willing to put on the game for 4 of my friends to enjoy dinner together and spend another $500 at the bar. When I arrived to the hotel, they had a double bed for a room I booked for 3 adults and then said "sometimes 3rd parties do that" Well Hotels.com is the third party and I use your services almost exclusively. I was at this hotel because my friend is an Ambassador with Marriott, he spends 30K a year with them and he was treated very rudely as I was I. Highly disappointed for the cost of money not sure if I will ever return
