Excellent choice! A very good hotel, just one minute from the harbor. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room is well furnished, modern, and clean. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, the tall, slightly readheaded woman who was in charge, in particular. The breakfast selection of salty and sweet food was good.

Stayed one night bathroom been remodeled , don't think the room had slept great

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit tollem Blick (Dachrestaurant). Zimmer gut ausgestattet aber leider laut, weil Haus sehr hellhörig (v.a. Lärm von oben).

The hotel is old and rooms are not in the greatest condition (need serious updating). I had to change mine due to the mattress being in a terrible condition. It’s not close to the city centre (walk close to 40 mins or more). The breakfast is not the greatest with limited options. I do not recommend it.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and location is very good. Hotel was a bit noisy - maybe just my neighbours! - and breakfast adequate but not exciting. Would have liked bathtowels to be provided rather than smaller hand towels.

Excellent emplacement quant on arrive par le ferry. Accueil très sympathique, personnel aux petits soins, excellent buffet, chambre très confortable et calme, parking à disposition. Le top !

Great hotel, friendly personnel and good location.

The hotel is situated near the harbour. Not a nice place. It is very old and not well kept. Hotels.com should tell guests that the hotel is under renovation. The AC did not work. Therefore no sleep. The room was full of uncomfortable paint fumes due to the ongoing work. All this was mentioned to the staff but they could only apologise. Don’t stay here!!!

Bodde her 1 natt. Passet bra i forhold til flight avreisedagen. Veldig sentral beliggenhet i Palermo, med gåavstand til de viktigste severdighetene. Bodde på familierom med 1 seng og 1 sovesofa. Sovesofaen var veldig møkkete. Ikke trivelig å sove på den. Hyggelig betjening.
