The room had long pet hairs on the furniture. The sofa was stained terrible. Felt dirty. Very outdated. Hooks on walls but no pictures. Front staff was not friendly or welcoming. Carpet was dirty. Bottom of socks were black. Won’t recommend or stay here again.

Beautiful beach views! Kitchen had all I needed to cook too. It’s an older property but well maintained. Only problem was the door shutting but they fixed it fast. Great staff working here also!

Location is good. Bed was comfortable. Room was really dirty, baseboards covered in dirt, hair sticking to doors, wallpaper peeling everywhere. Dishwasher and stove rusted. Just gave me an uncomfortable feeling. Could see ocean from room window. Some of the hot tubs were dirty and the one we chose to get in, so much chemical was in it that it bleached out my bathing suit.

Small room, needs updating but we loved the resort and pools

Room was filthy. Ceiling peeling. Toilet not attached to floor stains on sheets sheets didnt even cover the bed every table was marked up and dirty all the lamps were rusted and peeling. I booked a room with a balcony but was put in a room without one. It's listed as a golf resort - It's the furthest from it. I was in town for a wedding . I will NOT return. If I knew that it was as disgusting as it was I would have never stayed or even booked thos place. Disappointed

Everything and everyone was great

It's a great place to stay! Everyone was really nice. Troy was awesome - he helped me save my husband's glasses after they fell from the 5th floor. We always enjoy staying here.

My guest and I walked into our room and left immediately! We did not even feel comfortable sitting down. The room was run down, dirty, and there was mold around an outlet. There was hair swept into the corner of the bathroom and the sheets were stained. We got a refund and booked elsewhere. The hotel staff did not even ask for a reason for canceling which makes me think that this happens often. I will never book here again.

The staff was amazing. The conditions of the rooms were horrible. There was hair all over the shower. The room was moist and smelled like mold. It was NOT the room that was advertised on the website.

Dirty, had to wash dishes before we could use them. The shower head is super low my girlfriend had to crouch to use it. The temp on the oven was wacky and burnt our breakfast. Best thing by far was the view.

This is an older Ramada Inn. Our room great view, clean. No room service, even better go to 2nd floor get your own towels, soap, dish detergent, trash bags. Take your own trash to end of hall daily. Pool towels accessible. No trouble getting new keys or battery changed on door lock in case that was problem. The Saturday we checked in many people checking in, girl at desk overwhelmed. Many complaints by people standing around wrong reservations or no reservations, wrong room, someone in room assigned to them, etc. mine was right there with some others. I don’t know what problem was, manager should have been on sight to help…I have no complaints for what I paid for. Would recommend this place and will probably stay here again.

The room was absolutely DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. There was corn all over the floor, thick layers of dust over all the fixtures, sand in the bath tub. Trash everywhere outside, the floor of the elevator was soft, felt like you were going to fall through the floor. I love this area, but would stay far, far away from this hotel.

Let me start with the negative. Outside of the buildings is in bad need of refreshing. I know salt air accelerates damage to structures and infrastructure but these issues are manageable. Now, the positive. Location is excellent. Easy walk to Cherry Grove. Rooms were clean, well maintained and no issues. The staff was both friendly and professional. We will stay with them again.

The room door needed to be pulled or pushed forcibly to close. The water in the shower was cold and couldn’t get hot

A very adult minded area of North Myrtle Beach quiet and relaxing awesome pools and hot tubs and access to the beach

From the outside, it does look a little run down. The inside however was updated and very nice. Took our 20 month old for his first beach trip, the walk to the beach was short. The kiddie pool was a big hit with him after hitting the beach. The night security that checked us in was very kind and informative. I LOVE that room service does not come in during your stay to clean but they have a linen exchange if needed. 10/10. We will be staying here again.

Loved the location and the beds! Only 1 of the 3 hot rubs were open. We didn't get to enjoy it. We were suppose to have a 3 bedroom suite but had to get put in 2 seperwre rooms due to an issue 3bedroom suite.. 1 of our rooms was not clean at all. Toys from previous kids were everywhere as well as a nerf bullet that my dog choked on. There was hair in the shower as well as soap scum. I was with my mother whom is 79 and has dementia. We wanted to let her sit on the balcony but was unable to do so easily, due to the rusted sliding door frame. We could barely get it open. The front desk staff was SO NICE! This hotel has tons off potential. Needs some updating and better housekeeping.
