They couldve done a beeter job at cleaning the rooms and kitchen in the suite. Over all it was a good place to go to with children.

We did not use many of the available resort options because we had other plans but it is very nice to know that we had them available if we did want to use them. It was incredibly relaxing.

Everyone was so nice

This served its purpose. The staff was polite. The condo was clean & so were the grounds. The condos were a little dated and the walls were paper thin. The condo did not have many accommodations so pack and bring the things you need. We didn’t have trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent and type of surface cleaner, heavy blankets or bedspread. We got a great deal on the condo and we loved the pool, the grocery area had good pizza and Starbucks!

If you have children it’s great, plenty of activities and swimming. Little misleading, no restaurant on site like it shows online. Housekeeping is lacking, while they don’t come while you’re there our room was missing trash bags. Trash was left in front yard. Covers didn’t fit the bed. Room was much smaller than what it portrayed online as well.

This place was massive. I thought we were going to stay in the actual hotel, but no they have cabins, condos, and strips that look a hotel and thats where we stayed. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very nice. They have 3 pools, a hot tub, a building with a arcade, gaming, and mich more. And they try to have activives to keep people busy. They even have a gate that u have to go thru. It was all very nice. The only thing there is a dèductable and you have to pay extra for breakfast and wifi (which we didnt do either). Too many other places to eat in town. But it was a very nice stay till the last night. Of all places they put a family with kids next to us and they were kind of noisey. But it was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to the pool, gym, and market they have on site. The rooms could definitely use an upgrade but everything was very clean.

This resort is not bad, but if you could find a better one to stay at, I highly recommend it. The walls are so thin that you could hear everything through them, and we even came back home with bites on our bodies. 😶

It’s a wonderful place for family

The property is beautiful. The only thing I didn’t care for was I booked this room under the impression there would be a kitchen, as it shows on your website, only to be told I booked a studio. I guess I didn’t see the option. I brought groceries that wasn’t cheap and this is why I left early. Thanks

Property amenities were great! The pools and kids areas were awesome but our condo needed some love. Our condo was dated and needed repairs. We called the front desk after night one and they came to look at both our ac and our hot water heater. Housekeeping had to bring some items that were missing in our condo. The TV channels were odd. Most of the tv channels were in Spanish and if not they often had a weird voice over. The bathroom shower had some small holes in the wall surround. The shower didn’t work completely right either. The property location was very convenient which was a plus. I didn’t love the check in process taking forever. After checking in the concierge gives you a parking pass but you have to stand in that line also and wait. When it’s finally your turn they want to hook you up with show tickets and try to sell you on a time share breakfast.

The lack of washer and dryer access was terrible. I was on a trip for my daughter’s softball team. I had 3 staying with me. I had a nasty encounter with another person who would not let me use the one of the only two washers in the complex. She chewed myself and my 66 yr old mother out using profanity’s and tried to fight my mother. It was awful. Unfortunately because of this, I will never stay here again and I will not have anything good to say to friends or family. I had to take laundry to another family’s hotel to get it done every day. I was frightened and so was my mother. It’s too bad that I paid so much money to be treated like that and to continue to look over my shoulder for the rest of the trip.

This was a perfect place for a weekend in Branson…close to town but secluded

The staff and facilities were absolutely amazing, we stayed for 5 nights and 3 of the 5 nights we couldn’t sleep! We were located in 33B! The walls are paper thin… the neighbors had no respect and all night were beating and stomping. When we went to look outside we noticed it was the staff of the Westgate maintenance crews that were actually staying beside us and making all the noise. I reported it and they said they sent someone out to find no problems and I have 3 videos of the issues proving the complaints! I never complain but this was uncalled for!

Great price for this property

Great place to stay booking this trip last minute.

Enjoyed everything about the property exceptthe check in process was three hours total. We waited two hours in line, to be told our room wasnt ready. We went next door and got a pizza and drinks while we waited. Its seemed this was the process every time we went unto the waiting room people were tired and upset. Some people we talked to waited over 4 hours. In this day and age there has to be an easier process. There is definitely more room at the counter for more registers and monitors to help more people. There is online check in available. We just didnt have access to it. Idk if that because i didnt book directly throught the hotel. Property is pretty and room was great and staff was friendly. I felt bed for the staff at how many times they were yelled at for peoples rooms not being ready. Once we checked in after the long wait in line they texted us when out room was ready.

In our unit the floor and stairs may look clean but they were very dirty turned my socks black. Dryer did not work. And the shower knob did not stay on while taking shower very irritating.
