The hotel staff were excellent along with the restaurant staff.

Lite tråkig entré och foajé. Kunde gjorts mysigare i loungen.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel and rooms are luxurious and clean.

Amazing stay, booked 1 night ended up staying for two with my little boy. Lush!

It was cold in the hotel, very expensive to park & eat & drink. Location was great.

Some issues in the spa on thd day we tried to use it but everything else wax lovely. Very attentive staff.

Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Lovely pool, lobby and bar area. Didn't try the food in the hotel so can't comment on that, the car park over the road is very expensive so it's worth looking else where to park.

Decent enough base for a stay in Cardiff. Not the nicest street but 5 min walk from area with main bars & restaurants. Very friendly & helpful staff and nice room, very good value for money.

Location was excellent. Pool was nice but hot tub full of foam. The aircon didn’t work and we couldn’t open a window so not a very comfortable nights sleep. The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. Staff were lovely. Normally stay at the IHG Indigo in Cardiff which doesn’t have the spa but is a better option.

Stayed in this hotel before .. lovely spa great location and never had any issues … However on this occasion I was let down by the parking … it states on their website on reception discount for NCP parking … when it came entering discount code this was not accepted and when I challenged it they advised me that match days discount is not available … which I had to pay 32.50 for 24 hour parking . There is no note of this anywhere and if I knew that I would had parked elsewhere …

Oh I'm so disappointed as this started so well! The lady who checked us in was wonderful and the room we were in (115) was nice and spacious, clean etc. The whole first impression of the hotel was really good. However it is SO noisy at night. From around 9.30/10pm there was really loud music from the surrounding clubs and bars and it totally ruined the hotel for me. I couldnt sleep at all, tried putting meditation apps, audiobooks etc on but nothing would drown out the noise. I didnt sleep until 4am when it had finished. My daughter luckily fell asleep before me but she couldn't sleep until past midnight which is not ideal for a child. We've both been completely exhausted today as a result. So disappointing. If it wasn't for the noise I would have been really pleased with this hotel. For context, I work in hospitality and am a bit of a hotel snob! Our hotel is also city centre around multiple bars but have never experienced the problem like this before.

Stayed for 1 night with my best friend and overall was a lovely stay. The only thing at fault was there had been a pair of pants left from the guests previously staying that the housekeeping hadn’t cleaned up but everything else was perfect! Staff were friendly and the pool was amazing!

Had a lovely stay will go back.

I got the feeling that the surrounding area was going to be reduced to rubble.

Great stay in a lovely hotel. I would advise staying in a room at rear of hotel as you’ll be listening to bass from the nightclub out the front of the hotel til 4am otherwise. Only other thing that was a bit disappointing was the buffet breakfast was luke warm

The hotel was very nice, clean and tidy with friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable with nice soft pillows, which is unusual for many hotels. The parking across the road was a bit expensive for 24 hours even with a discount. Its worth checking the local area for other parking options.
