We arrived in town at 10 am & called to say we'd arrived & asked how early check in could be. Told there is a $20 early check in fee anytime before 3 pm. After running out of things to do by noon, decided to park at the hotel, go for lunch - but did stop in to ask again. The clerk on duty consulted housekeeping, the computer, and found a room she could put us in immediately. No prob with fees in general. But the rigidity of the initial call was very off-putting. That said, the room was a good size, bed was good, bar fridge decent size, bathroom a bit dated but nice, and we could see our vehicle in the parking lot. All in all a reasonable rate (just under CAD$200) for the room and location given what we needed to get done in Langley. Appreciate that the desk clerk on duty July 22nd noon was welcoming and efficient.

I will not stay again there, I felt the place was poorly run, staff could care less, I had booked wrong day, no support from Expedia either, and staff kept saying the coswt to switch, no help or compassion.

Amazing , we will stay again for our next visit . Very clean and staff are very nice .

It’s unfortunate that neither of the restaurants on site are open for breakfast. Luckily there was somewhere within walking distance.

No claim and very clean and safe

Comfy beds! The shower had someone’s fake eyelashes from the last stay left in there so might have needed a better clean in the bathroom, but other than that felt clean :) Didn’t love the parking felt like a sketchy parking lot, they said there was security but didn’t love having our car parked there. I think it’s due to the casino that a bit of rift raft happens. But otherwise the hotel was good, the front desk staff was friendly as well.

Clean, easy to access. Will stay again.

The Comforter has big yellow stains 😔. Otherwise the room is clean.

Room I got was next to the stairwell so could hear every time the door opened Throughout the night and when people walked down from the upper floors , otherwise was nice and clean

I have stayed here several times on business. I find the facility easily meets my needs. It is conveniently located, the WiFi is quite good, as are the amenities. The rooms are always comfortable and the staff always attentive to my needs. There are many good dining options in the immediate area and for those who are looking for a distraction, there is the casino on site. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for business travel. I have never once had a complaint while staying here which is not oftten the case for the many hotels I am forced to stay in with my job. I'm rating them at 4 out of 5 stars only becouse I don't want a 5 star review to go to their heads!
