Chambre familiale assez spacieuse pour 4, petit bémol pour le lit à étage. Hôtel hyper bien situé, fenêtre donne sur gran via, au cœur de Madrid. On a tout fait à pied ( 20 minutes de marche max pour aller aux musées ou dans les différents parcs). Emplacement vraiment idéal. Fenêtre fermée, on n'entend absolument pas le bruit de la rue.

The primary attribute to this place is the location. It is in the city center and close to public transportation. There are a lot of shops nearby. You can hop on the metro and easily get to the Santiago Bernabeu; if you need help the metro staff are friendly and helpful (except for that one unhelpful metro guy who was no help at all when I asked for directions and simply said “la diez” like what does that mean without contextual explanation?). The hotel room was clean and it did include an amenity kit: two free water bottles, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush, some tissue. The room size however was small. There was a tv but you could tell it was old and it wasn’t working correctly; but remember, you are paying for the location and you aren’t there to watch tv, so not a big loss. Overall, for the convenience of the location and the cleanliness, it was good.

Hotel com localização espetacular, com os apartamentos de bom tamanho, muito limpos e confortáveis. Banheiro moderno e com todas as facilidades e ducha muito gostosa. Equipe de atendimento sempre atenta e gentil. Recomendo demais.

The staff was excelente, the emplacement was good , the room was good , the only down side was the AC we couldnt turn it off , the room was freezing .

La ubicación es muy buena pero el Hotel necesita ya una remodelación . Las habitaciones son muy básicas
