Disappointing Stay – Major Amenities Out of Service and Poor Premises Maintenance. I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. While my room was beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable, the state of the outdoor premises was completely unacceptable for a resort experience. During my stay, the outdoor areas were poorly maintained, dirty, and worn out. I observed broken and dirty side tables, lounge chairs, and walkways. Furthermore, the amenities I looked forward to using were entirely unavailable or unusable: The Main Pool: On my arrival night, ocean water flooded the main pool, leaving sand and debris behind. It remained dirty and closed for the duration of my stay with zero maintenance or cleanup attempted. The Jacuzzi: This was broken, dirty, and out of service for the entirety of my trip. The "Cement Chair" Pool: This pool was completely empty of water, leaving nothing but hot cement to lay on. The Kiddie Pool: Because all other water features were closed or broken, every guest was forced into the kiddie pool. It quickly became filthy, overcrowded, and lacked proper maintenance, leaving guests with no clean place to cool down. While the check-in process was smooth and the restaurant food was good, the lack of basic property upkeep and the complete loss of the main pool and jacuzzi severely impacted my vacation. I expected a much higher standard of property management and guest accommodation.

Todo excelente, nada más le falta una habitación para cuando tiene que hacer la salida del hotel pero tú vuelo aún no sale, como para poder dejar tus cosas bañarte

The room was very clean and maintained, but the outside of the building needs work. Very good location. Located at the beach and nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

The people working in this hotel are awesome! The amenities are great! The food is delicious! I have been several times/ years to this property and love it!!! the location right by the beach and the front of the hotel a few steps from the malecon, make it one of the best! Now, I'm really picky and notice detail, and to me, management is not spending enough money on the building/ rooms maintenance (like I said, I'm picky, people may not even notice) and seem to me that need a bit more detail maintenance on refreshing bathrooms and painting, now I have see what those type of weather do to homes and building in a year with deterioration and salinity, but better detail maintenance makes it more appealing to people. It is worth the money to me every time tho! Love it!

The restaurant is not the greatest. But, your a good location to walk to a near by restaurant. Room was clean, except fir the shower. Bescg access is not the greatest.

El hotel ya tiene sus años y dentro de lo aceptable en mantenimiento, limpieza regular en general, diario nos tocaron a las 8:30 de la mañana insistentemente para la limpieza y el restaurante en la terraza lleno de palomas que no te dejan comer porque están hasta sobre la mesa, la habitación de al lado en remodelación y mucho ruido, el trato del personal en general muy bueno amables y con cultura del servicio, pedimos otra habitación que tuviera más vista al océano y nos dieron una tarifa extra diaria, además playa cerrada por la ubicación mucho oleaje y no se puede entrar al mar

Creo k le falta un refrigerador chico para tener algo elado y pues no ubo acceso ala playa porque la marea estaba demasiado fea las olas no dejaban bajar pero todo muy bien

Muy mal servicio

Hotel bonito, agradable. Personal cero empatico, la atención del personal no fue agradable desde recepción. Cómo está sobre el malecón el ruido era tan excesivo que no se podía dormir. Pésima atención en la alberca, íbamos a bajar a la playa y pedimos las toallas y no las negaron que por qué las toallas del hotel (alberca) no se podían utilizar en la playa.

Location is great!! I will definitely stay there again. Room very nice and clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was great
