El desayuno muy bueno

Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war gut. Allerdings hat uns der Empfang an der Rezeption gar nicht gefallen. Der Mitarbeiter begrüßte uns kühl und irgendwie schon arrogant herablassend. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir „nur“ zwei Standardzimmer gebucht haben? Bei so einem Start achtet man natürlich auch kritischer darauf, ob ansonsten alles stimmt. Und da muss man schon sagen, dass das Hotel sich zwar mit 5 Sternen schmückt, der 5. Stern aber eigentlich nicht mehr passt, da das Hotel mittlerweile doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Fairerweise muss dazu aber auch gesagt werden, dass der Preis auch nicht so hoch war wie in anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels. Was uns gefallen hat sind die großzügigen Zimmer und bequemen Betten. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und beim Frühstück ist uns das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal positiv aufgefallen. Als wir ausgecheckt haben, war diesmal auch an der Rezeption ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter (den wir gerne schon beim Einchecken angetroffen hätten). Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut gleich am Strand und über angelegte Holzstege kann man sehr gut am Meer bis zum nächsten Ort laufen. Vor dem Hotel ist ein großer Parkplatz, sodass wir (zumindest in der Nebensaison und bei vielleicht 1/3 ausgebuchtem Hotel) keine Probleme hatten einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wir haben vor Ort das Standardzimmer in ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick gewechselt, was ich grundsätzlich auch empfehlen würde (der Aufpreis von 20 Euro pro Nacht war es wert).

Confortable room, very extensive breakfast and very high quality. Very helpful staff. Parking free and right outside the lobby door. I would definitely stay here again.

Estadia perfeita e relaxante. Ótimo quarto com vista mar, pequeno-almoço e jantar muito bons. A piscina interior quentinha e muito limpa.

Bedrooms and lobby were a little old fashioned but amazing breakfast and spa.

Hôtel bien situé, près de Porto et à proximité de plusieures charmantes stations balnéaires. L'accueil est chaleureux et l'ensemble du personnel attentionné et souriant. Chambre confortable avec magnifique vue sur l'océan. Les nuits sont bercées par le bruit du ressac. Belle déco des salons. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié, le dîner, qu'il soit à la carte, ou au buffet est de grande qualité. Nous avons profité des 2 piscines et avons beaucoup apprécié les soins de l'espace SPA. Tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.

The resort is very self sufficient with Outdoor and indoor pool, beach access, spa, playgrounds. It is in a residential neighborhood. Porto downtown is around 30m drive from here.

Very small playground and not rapaired shower in 9ne of my room. Everyone really friendly but the wine for free just bad. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice stay. Great indoor pool, with sauna etc. Both pools have salted water. Kids didn't like the salty taste in the pool. Breakfast with cold boiled eggs?? Undercooked style omelets ? Other than this, ok breakfast .

We’re a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and I had to book 2 hotel rooms in this hotel which is absolutely crazy to me since I’ve been able to book 1 room for the 4 of us in every hotel I’ve been to. The rooms are spacious and the bed is big so there’s no need to have this policy for 2 little kids. Overall the hotel is really nice, good breakfast and the pool and playground are great too. But to have to book 2 rooms just because there’s 2 kids is a real inconvenience.

Definitely does not have 5 star hotel standards. Carpets in the hallways were smelly and the flush in our room wasn’t working properly. Coffee at breakfast was instant coffee.
