Cleanliness was very important with staff

Room was incredibly stale and stuffy. Toilet and fridge ran at night. Paper coffee cups. Just not worth it.

Decent clean hotel at a fair price.

The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We were seated and served drinks. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. My one complaint is there was no fan in the bathroom so it got pretty steamy after a shower. The hotel was quiet during our stay. I would stay again

Very happy with our stay. Convenient to restaurants. Great location. Close to our wedding venue. The bathrooms can use a little update. Prefer lights in the shower. It was very dark while showering.

Shower was terrible. Very noise hallways constant at 230am aup until 7am. Very disruptive sleep.

The only perks of this hotel were that it was closer to the highway, shopping centre and there was ample parking but oh man the service was not that great. The receptionist dropped one of our room cards and did not give us another one, we were told there would be 2 water bottles but we did not get any so we ended up waiting at reception (we left to make a reservation) and no one was at the front desk. We waited, yelled hello and eventually after 10 minutes went to our room and tried calling with no answer. So after a few hours tried calling again and this guy answered the phone, we asked if we could have 2 water bottles brought to our room (since we were in our pajamas) and the receptionists was adamant we came down but eventually came to the door without uniform/name tag which threw us off. On a side note, the washroom was dirty too, especially the toilet. I was not a fan.

Good location, clean and reasonable. Pool is extremely tiny but nice to have, but also very cold so it could be kept warmer for sure, otherwise all good and a pleasant stay

Asked Expedia to allow a change in date. Medical appointment changed gave 10 days notice before date of reservation. After at least 3 requests for the change the response from Expedia changed from cancel to revised to cancel and ended up Expedia didn't do anything. Always always deal directly with the hotel. Expedia will never be used again by our family. Disappointed with Expedia customer service.

This hotel was NOTHING like the photos provided when booking, no hot tub, pool was tiny and freezing cold, no towels, fridge door wouldnt open, beds were awful, springs in my hip and ribs, I barely slept and refused to stay a 2nd night. Found the last possible spot to park my truck and when I left to get a decent coffee it was taken by the one of 100 people there for some hockey convention. No bell carts, elevators took forever. Our stay here was absolutely dreadful. Our timing seemed to be way off too but even on a good day I wouldnt say this is any kind of luxury or relaxing nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Expedia is a scam artist showing pictures of other hotels while booking.

Check-in was super easy and the front desk attendant was able to provide us with early check-in so that we could get ready for a wedding. The lobby was clean and it looked like they had a great little breakfast area for the mornings. Conveniently located right off the highway for easy access.

This Hilton is a fine property, nothing special overall, but clean, quiet, with friendly helpful staff. I had no problems and would stay here again. Decent value for $.

Beds were comfortable. No bed bugs. No dirty spots or debris. Hotel was well maintained. Massive snowfall overnight and walkways and driveway was nicely cleared.

We travel often to visit our family in Kitchener and love staying here. The staff is incredible and so accommodating. We never had an issue with our rooms or parking. Would highly recommend to other.

No hot water room wasn’t very clean dirt on floor heat was turned off when I checked in at 10pm
