I chose this hotel because of the location, close to many restaurants in the area within walking distance. The room has 2 double beds, we slept well, our room was 618 on the 6th floor, ac works wonderful. Water pressure for flushing and shower are excellent, hot and cold water too. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast is ok, I think they can change the menu at least every 2 days, plenty of fruits though. Ele, on the front desk was very helpful. In general, the 3 (two ladies and one guy) service staff in the breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. We stayed for 7d/6n, and check in time is really 3pm but they can store your luggage while you venture out to seek some food outside the hotel. The area is safe even at night, just use common sense. I highly recommend this hotel, it’s also budget friendly. The hotel also have a nice pool, a gym, a pool bar.

This is what I would call a hidden gem. The rooms are very nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Very clean and quaint hotel. The staff were very friendly. The Congrejo area is nice and safe and within walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. 10 minute $5 uber ride to Casco Viejo. I rented a pick up truck and they have lots of free parking in the side lot that’s roomy and safe. I was very pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be this nice based on the price. I’d have no apprehension in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Panama City.

I did not see anyway for handicapped accessible it have stairs into building to pool and pub. Breakfast was eatable. I love the art, the price very clean building. Customer service above parrot. Highly recommend and will staying again. It is in a great area close to everything

The continentiql breakfast was great everyday you had a different variety. The staff was excellent they were very attentive and helpful. This was my third of four times being there. And there will be more time coming please god in January.

Everything is in walking distance from the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only downfall was there were not enough refrigerators for the rooms. But other than that this hotel gets 4 stars from us.

Room was not in great shape. Bedding had stains, shower wouldn't drain and toilet was in rough shape. No blower dryer or ironing board in the room. The pool floor was breaking apart giving potential to cut your feet and was not a clean area. A cat was walking around on top of the outdoor bar counters and tables where people eat and drink. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast but it looked simple at best. The staff was decent and the hotel tried to be unique. Was a good proce point and we loved the area for location. Was a very local feel and walkable to many restaurants, stores, bars and park. Would highly recommend the area but if cleanliness is something you are picky on then try somewhere else like the Principe. We walked by there multiple times, it was slightly closer to amenities and looked much cleaner overall.

​The Riande Urban is in a solid location with a grocery store nearby and plenty of great food options within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming, and the amenities like the pretty pool and the rooftop jacuzzi are nice perks. ​However, the property is showing its age. The furniture is quite outdated, even in the common areas, and I noticed the bonded leather (synthetic) upholstery starting to peel and crack. It was a reasonable stay for the price, but we were looking for something a bit more modern.

The rooms need to be a little more upgraded, the carpet was dirty with stains , had a weird smell in the room and the sheets had stains in it as well , the air conditioning was a bit hot at one point. The breakfast was great! Staff was accommodating! Just needs upgrading
