Great location and rooms first class. Breakfast on the roof excellent. Staff helpful.

The roof top amazing! And the front desk service lady spoke English.

Liked the rooftop venue. Breakfast was limited . No yogurts, no variety of fruits , orange juice was more like orange drink . Bed was way too hard and pillows flat. Safe too small for ipad or laptop.

Such a nice stay in Palermo. The hotel was lovely. Nice rooftop restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, great views. Had 24hr reception which was another plus. Would recommend

Dominico and Laura at reception awesome! Friendly and helpful. Room was good, but Wi-Fi was not very good and the air-conditioning in our room was not great, room 302 But that was likely a glitch that we didn’t complain about as we were comfortable with the room. Walking distance to train, restaurants and shopping were great!

Had no idea what to expect in Palermo and it seemed as chaotic as I have heard. This is the perfect place to watch it from.

Excellent location, clean room, Rita at the front desk was great. Breakfast was just ok. View from the roof was spectacular. I would stay here again!

Not sure how the rating systems works in Italy, but this doesn’t feel like a four star hotel. The rooftop bar has amazing views and attentive staff but other than that the property is in fair condition. Paper cups were provided in the room and the bathroom is quite old. They even charge for bottle of water. The room doesn’t match the photos provided on the Expedia website at all. I think the management need to provide more honest information and show a bit generosity to welcome the guest.

We can’t sleep. Our room is under the dining room and the noise has been relentless. It’s awful. I don’t know how we’re going to get up early for breakfast. This is unacceptable noise. Chairs dragging across the floor, dishes clattering, banging and scraping. Very unhappy about this situation, especially after arriving here very tired and needing a good night’s sleep.

Beautiful rooms in a great location with the Best rooftop view for breakfast and cocktails at night Palermo is definitely a city to be explored. Give yourself a couple of days. See it at night and during the day is totally different.

We were shown our room and immediately decided not to stay here. Furniture, bed, amenities all were old and run down. Our room had the tiniest window that looked towards a wall. The receptionist tried to be helpful and show us another room but it was just as bad…

Very nice simple accommodations that are centrally located to historic city center! The rooftop restaurant has incredible views of the city! The breakfast is served on the rooftop making it special! Dinner and apps are also available at sunset! Its exterior appearance is very humble but once inside the rooms are comfortable and the rooftop is the hidden gem of the property!

They did not jave the air conditioning on when we got to our room and the temperature was not satisfactory. They wanted us to remove the key card that controls the air at the front desk, which I did not appreciate

We stayed for two nights. The first night, the bed was very comfortable, but the restaurant upstairs was loud until 1 a.m. On the second night, we changed rooms—the bed was very hard, but at least it was quiet. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was just okay at best, but the rooftop views while eating were beautiful.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and a fantastic view of the city from the rooftop terrace. This is my second stay at this hotel. I prefer a room away from Via Roma, because the streetnoise is loud. Mattresses are a bit hard. I will stay here again next time i'm in Palermo.
