Très bon séjour

Pas trop bien dormi mais ca va

Toujours aussi agréable de séjourner dans cet établissement cependant il est malheureux que le prix pour le séjour de nos compagnons à quatre pattes est presque doublé en trois ans ! Le tarif est dissuasif.

Très bel hôtel mais quelques petits défauts Piscine à l’ombre jusqu’à midi Service à revoir par exemple au petit déjeuner nous commandons des œufs au plat et le serveur nous les amène et nous les pose sur les assiettes sales dans lesquels nous étions en train de manger

Superbe accueil et le personnel au top

The stay was absolutely amazing, very attentive staff and beautiful views from the restaurant/ swimming pool. However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. Full disclosure, we complained and were offered to swap rooms if we moved everything by 12pm, but we had one night left and had booked a trip out so didn’t have time to move everything.

Terrible management of an upmarket hotel. Unprofessional conduct that led to a hazardous situation that my family was exposed to. Unsafe environment for small children.

Tout était presque parfait. Il faut cependant revoir absolument l’aménagement de la salle de bain. Impossible de prendre une douche correctement, c’est un non sens.Difficulté d’ouvrir le robinet, placement de la douchette de manière insensée. Dommage

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic, the room was comfortable and the spa was outstanding. The beach is beautiful and easy to access. We really enjoyed being able to swim in the pool at night too. The restaurant, Lumière, was sadly not worth a visit. The food was surprisingly bland and overpriced. Drinks at the bar were well made and they have a nice whiskey selection.

Hôtel en tant que tel est beau cependant beaucoup de choses à améliorer. Tout d’abord, le service est médiocre. Nous sommes restés 3 heures à la piscine et personne n’est venu nous voir pour commander quelque chose à boire. De plus, nous avons reçu notre commande du room service plus de 1:15 après la commande et c’était que deux petites entrées. Nous avons trouvé cela ridicule de devoir payer 40 euro le stationnement ainsi que 35 euro pour un transat à la plage. Lorsque nous payons un prix aussi élevé pour les chambres, un transat devrait être inclus voyons…

My husband and I are American and stayed here for 6 nights. In my opinion this hotel would be a 3-star hotel in the US and not 5-star like it is listed. Most of the guests seemed to be other French people on vacation and not a lot of tourists. The room was small and upon arrival the staff came up and into our room with us which was a little strange. The staff also told us breakfast was included and upon checking out they charged us 32 Euros each for each day of breakfast and wouldn’t make any accommodations to fix their error even though we were told in French and English that it was included! We were pretty upset by this and felt as though we were kind of ‘tricked’ by the staff. The pool area is nice and has a great view but very limited deck space and chairs. We used the gym too and that was adequate but only 2 people could really comfortably work out in there at the same time. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants and we highly recommend the restaurant at the Casino (just bring your passports for them to let you in). Our stay was nice, but we just had some frustrations with the limited space and the staff. Valet parking however was very convenient and helpful in that area especially mid day when there’s no where to park! I don’t think we would stay here again, but it was definitely an elegant place just small.

Hotel et accueil au top, vue incroyable, seul bemol acces à la piscine compliquer, avec des personnes qui dépose leurs affaire sur les transat des le matin pour les reserver. sinon au top !
