We stayed for 4 nights it was fantastic ,all the staff were helpful above what you would expect .The whole complex was cleaned every morning as were the rooms .We opted breakfast which kept us going until the evening,the kitchen staff were fantastic as were the bar staff.The hotel was very secure with access by security bracelet. Both front and back (no random people could enter). which made you feel safe. The pool was clean with staff supervision.our balcony was pool facing , when you closed the door to the patio (which was a large area enough for two loungers and a table with 4 chairs) you could not hear the people having fun at the pool .the Hotel is about a 10 minutes walk away from the beach.

Séjour extrêmement décevant au Coral Los Alisios à Tenerife. Dès le deuxième jour, nous avons découvert la présence de deux gros cafards dans notre chambre : l’un dans la salle de bain et l’autre dans la cuisine. Nous avons immédiatement pris des photos et capturé les insectes afin de les montrer à la réception. La réaction de l’établissement a été très décevante: il nous a simplement été répondu que c’était “normal à Tenerife” et qu’il y avait des cafards dans la ville. Aucune solution n’a été proposée. Aucun changement de chambre. Aucun geste commercial. Aucune prise en charge. Pour un hôtel réservé via Expedia, ce niveau d’hygiène est inacceptable. Cette situation a totalement gâché notre séjour : stress permanent, vérification quotidienne de la chambre, impossibilité de cuisiner sereinement, et sentiment constant de manque de propreté. Le ménage était également insuffisant à plusieurs reprises (lits non faits, sol non nettoyé, traces laissées après intervention du personnel). Expérience très loin des standards attendus. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

Chambre avec cuisine 2 chambres et 3 sdb. Très propre, pratique en famille avec tout le nécessaire autour.

Staff were very friendly, attentive and courteous. Apartment was very spacious, great shower, hair dryer also the rooms were cleaned every day. Great towel service for the beach or pool. Bar staff very pleasant. Good wee laundry if you need a quick was , maybe a sign to say where to get the ticket. Would definitely stay again.

Per essere classificato 4 stelle l'ho trovato abbastanza deludente. Noi ci siamo trovati un armadio rotto e senza scaffali né cassetti interni (ho dovuto mettere la valigia perché i vestiti non rimanessero a terra). Avevo mandato un'email alla struttura qualche giorno prima di partire per chiedere alcune possibilità, come i letti matrimoniali e non due letti singoli, ma mi hanno risposto solo con una email di benvenuto; alla reception il giorno di arrivo, faccio le stesse domande e mi è stato detto che NON avevano proprio letti matrimoniali. Inoltre, nonostante le temperature classiche di Tenerife, non c'era la possibilità di avere solo le lenzuola con coperta, ma un piumino (così o crepi di caldo o di freddo). Mancavano inoltre alcuni attrezzi in cucina e viene dato solo il sapone dei piatti, ma non una spugna. Per la pulizia delle camere, nulla da dire (forse un po' troppo zelanti nel cambio asciugamani), se non per il canovaccio che si era sporcato, ne abbiamo chiesto uno di ricambio, ma ci è stato risposto che finché qualcuno degli altri ospiti non se ne andava non ce n'erano altri!

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Lovely spacious 1 bedroomed apartment lovely and clean. We visited in September so quite hot, there is no air conditioning but the ceiling fan helped a lot but still quite sticky of a night. The only negative is the location about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Fine on the way down but up hill coming back. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms had a lovely big patio to sit and got the sunshine to relax out on . Also a lovely solarium. I would return again

Appartement très sympa, hôtel en rénovation. Cependant le petit n’est pas varié, chaque matin la même chose, aucune alternative pour remplacer le porc ( pas de tranche de poulet etc) très peu de choix dans les boisons dommage. Sinon c’était top

Wir würden nicht mehr hier her kommen. Das Bad war zwar sauber, der Boden in der Wohnung war aber sehr dreckig. Nach einer Stunde hatten wir bereits schwarze Füße. Auf der Terrasse lag auch noch Sand vom Vormieter. Pool nicht wirklich einladend. Ist zwischen den Gebäuden eingequetscht und bekommt morgens und abends keine Sonne. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Ca. 15min bis zum nächsten Strand.

Very satisfied on what was my first visit to this complex. Superior room was very spacious with comfortable bedding and very powerful shower. Housekeeping was very good and daily visits were commendable. Very close to bars, cafes, shops etc and a 10 minute walk to harbour area and sea front

We had a nice abd relaxing stay at Coral Los Alisios. The staff were very friendly, polite and always available to help. The area around the pool was spotless, everyday washed with soap in early morning. Breakfast was really nice and cleaning regim for the rooms was regular. Splash park was a great amusement for kids. I recommend this hotel to families as in general it was a nice hotel. However i believe having more options for food in the snack bar can be a great help as the hotel is not in the city center ans away from the restaurants we did struggled to get some foid some days that we wanted to relax and stay in the hotel and had to eat quite repetetive food for some days in a row. Check in was easy and our room was ready at 3pm. Room was large with clean bedding etc , kitchen was basic but had everything we required. Nice pool view on second floor. Quiet hotel with sun around the pool from 10.30-5 pm. The location is at the top of a hill and could be difficult for those who suffer with walking. The view from the back of the hotel isn’t best as it’s industrial wasteland and a bit scruffy. Overall, we knew its layout snd had a nice stay. The mini market is ok but nothing shows a price, bar is ok with reasonable prices and selection.
