The staff

The social area in the hotel were nice, the parking was easy and the staff friendly. We had 2 rooms booked, one room was ok the other smelled really strongly of curry, it wasn’t pleasant. We did complain and they brought an air fresher up but didn’t do much. Only there for one night thankfully.

Relaxing stay, enjoyable and helpful staff, and a very nice breakfast on offer.

Clean, great location, within 10-15 mins walk to most attractions in Porto. Parking available at the hotel and comfortable beds

Habitación en la zona vieja del edificio Pequeñísima no tenía más de 12 m2 Armarios de madera mala y descuidada Agua de la ducha tan pronto fría como que te quemas Escritorio lleno de migas desde hace años, no por encima, pues tiene un cristal y todo alrededor pegado Hotel que no se merece 4* por lo menos en la parte antigua del edificio

Hôtel bien situé et personnel très agréable. Grande chambre avec équipements. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Infelizmente, não foi a melhor experiência. Desde nos darem um quarto já ocupado, como o segundo quarto foi se calhar pior... No hotel estava um grupo de adolescentes, que resolveu fazer a festa até tarde, saiu e voltou da noite portuense já de madrugada voltando a fazer a festa. Infelizmente o Hotel nada pode fazer... mas não foi uma noite tranquila. Espero que se tenham divertido muito.

This hotel is in a great location, the personnel is terrific, the rooms comfortable, have a great garage at affordable price i a areas that other hotels don't . I did not give it a strait 5 because I think it needs a renovation, everything is clean and works but it is showing its age.

Tudo bem excepto que eu reservei com pequeno almoço e informaram-me na recepção que nao estava incluido. A recepção ficou de resolver a situação

Apesar de a rua do hotel ser meio escura à noite, ele fica bem localizado, possibilitando conhecer boa parte da cidade a pé. Há vários mercados e restaurantes por perto. O estacionamento fica no subsolo do hotel e para entrar é necessário tocar a campainha. No período em que nos hospedamos (novembro) ele foi gratuito.

Great for a short stay in Porto. Very close to the Jardines del palacio de cristal and all the nice views in it. Good variety of coffee shops and afordable restaurants in the same block.

O Hotel é excelente, quarto amplo, confortável, tudo extremamente limpo e bem cuidado. Pessoal muito gentil e solícito, sempre pronto a auxiliar. Café da manhã sensacional. Muito farto e saboroso. Já me hospedei nesse hotel em 2019 e não tive dúvida na escolha dele, ao retornar agora em 2024.
