Localização mais que perfeita para fazer tudo a pé Café da manhã de excelente qualidade. Nosso quarto era de fundos, uma pequena janela para área interna, não incomodou pois só usamos para dormir mas, pra quem a vista é muito importante, ficaria frustrado

Clean, quiet, accesible. Andorra is a walkable city for shoppjng, however, since no trains come here, travel around the city/ country can be interesting.

This property was in the best location for visiting Andorra. It was a 15 min walk from the bus stop and located on the river where the weekend light and laser show is done. All shopping, attractions and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The laundry service was fast and reasonable. It cost 25 euros for their generous sized laundry bag and it was returned within hours. Amazing! The tourist information center was one block away. They were very helpful providing a walking tour (2 euro) and information on the buses to the next village.

The hotel was in a good location right where the river and the Andorra La Vella letters are. I was disappointed that I thought I had a river view room and ended up in an interior room with no view. Staff were helpful, especially the lady who helped me figure out the air conditioner late at night. She had to provide me instructions in a paper. Overall this trip was magical. The nature of this country is stunning.

Perfect location, right next to the heart of town. Helpful staff, the room was spacious and well appointed for it's age. Given an upgrade for the nights stay. I was on a motorbike, I parked on the street, hotel charges 25€. No need, crime is non existent.

Everything was great: the location, the room and the breakfast. I had a good sleep. Just a few small things: bed was quite short for a 175cm tall person, make-up mirrow was also fixed too low and couldnt be adjusted and there was a coffee machine in the room but no kettle and tea bags. I would stay again anyway.

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner et les repas du soir très corrects. On retournera avec plaisir

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Frühstück super! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schon etwas älter aber sauber. Leider muss man für den Wellnessbereich 12€ pro Person zahlen und er ist erst ab 16 Uhr geöffnet. Hier gibt es einen whirlpool und sauna. Das lohnt sich nicht. Man kann gratis E Bikes ausleihen.

Tout était parfait sauf un petit détail gênant des fourmis dans la sdb au sol. Et le parking très cher 25€ la nuit mais hélas les parkings sur Andorre sont très cher. À mon sens le parking de l’hôtel doit être gratuit à la clientèle de l’hôtel.

Hotel did not have enough parking spaces and I had to park at the public parking lot outside. Knowing that this is not the first time, the hotel should have an alternate parking map to help the guests.

Absolutely beautiful view from room window facing the river and the mountains, and convenient location. The room could have been a bit better maintained but in terms of having somewhere to sleep, use a private bathroom, and store my things, it was perfect. On my last night I had a problem with ants in my room but the staff were incredibly helpful and gave me a new room immediately. Check in and check out were both very easy and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Andorra for a few nights.
