Seems to me like the rooms could be decorated with a bit more taste. Looks quite old and 'beige', kind of 90s. Same for the television, quite old. The folding bed in the triple room was absolutely uncomfortable, very hard, with just a piece of wood basically to hold you. In terms of the buffet, there is a lack of choices for vegetarians. There is a lot of salad and stuff, but other main dishes in general, are lacking vegetarian options. Also poor indications for vegetarian friendly food in the buffet. The fish and the meat are cooked on separate grills, but then the cook is using the same tools to handle meat and fish... Other than that, very nice hotel, well located, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, and we had a really great time.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein angenehmes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, jedoch hier und da abgenutzt. Die Spüle in der Toilette war defekt und an einem Tag hatten wir sie in der Hand. Am Fühstücksbuffet gab es in der Schüssel wo Joghurt war ein Haar. War nicht so appetitlich. Was positiv war dass es auf jedem Zimmer eine Kanne für das Wasser gab.

Insgesamt ist es ein schönes, sauberes und familienfreundliches Hotel, 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt. Das Essen ist lecker und die Auswahl ist groß. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm ist sehr gut und jeden Abend gibt’s eine Show. Für Kinder ist viel geboten. Der Außenpool ist sehr schön und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Innenpool ist klein und allgemein fanden wir ihn ungemütlich gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig (nebenan hat das Kind in der Nacht gehustet und ich bin mehrmals aufgewacht, da ich gedacht habe, dass es sich um mein Kind handelt). Auch jeden Morgen wird vor den Zimmern draußen mit dem Laubbläser gearbeitet - sie fangen gegen 07:00 an und es dauert eine Stunde) und abends um 22:30 wurden die Stühle draußen aufgeräumt in dem sie 20 Minuten lang auf dem Boden geschleift worden sind. Das Problem mit der Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer und Arbeiten draußen habe ich mit Ohrstöpsel gelöst. Sonst ist das Hotel zu 100% zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. Ah ja, man kann da auch Tennis/Padel-Tennis spielen.

My son is multi allergic and I must say that the staff in the kitchen were brilliant and super helpful. It was our second stay at this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it!

Great stay! Food was fresh and lots of variety. Big pool area, loads of space and seating. 3 min walk to beach & easy bus to Palma.

Das Hotel ist hell, modern und geräumig. Das Essen ist super (wir hatten HP) und die Getränke erstaunlich günstig. Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Ich habe das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer gehört. Die Matratzen der Kinder auf dem ausgezogenen Sofa waren unbequem, dafür die Kissen von uns allen top! Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war auch sehr komfortabel. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

A great family-friendly hotel, everything is at a very pleasant level. High-quality organic toiletries in the bathrooms, daily wet cleaning of the room, and a restaurant offering a good selection of dishes and ingredients. There are daily activities for children (the large trampoline on the playground is a huge hit!) as well as a varied evening program with quizzes, concerts, and performances. The hotel also has several tennis and padel courts. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This hotel is great for families lots for children to do including a playground, trampoline and entertainment. The breakfast is the biggest selection seen. We had the family room which was a good size. It is a shame that we had ants in our room during our stay but this was promptly dealt with by staff. Like all hotels you can hear noise around you, one night for us this was until 2am.

We loved staff's kindness, clean room and food. In two different nights we found Mexican and moroccon food. Very funny the activities in the evening like Super Quiz and Casino Night

Die Zimmer wirken steril, leer und z.T. abgewohnt. Das Buffet ist leider nicht effizient gestaltet, da es oft lange Wartezeiten gibt. Wenn z.B. in der Früh das Frühstück startet, wirkt es nicht professionell, wenn 5 Minuten nach der Öffnung der Türen kein einziges Spiegelei auf der Herdplatte liegt. Selbiges trifft für Fisch, Steak &co am Abend zu.

Overall wonderful stay. The rooms and facilities were clean. The indoor pool was nice as it was cooler when we were there. There was a good variety of food at the buffet (we had a 1/2 board) and the staff were very attentive to ensue everything was well stocked, well presented and clean. For me, the bed was not comfortable - not used to having two beds pushed together...but I guess that is a thing in parts of Europe. Also, the dinner with a 1/2 board does not include drinks (not even soft drinks or water)...just something to keep in mind.
