Staff members are great

Was a terrible experience in special fe family

Hotel was run down & not being kept up with repairs and overall maintenance. Floors turned my feet black DIRTY. Toilets flushed slow. Breakfast was minimal. Room surfaces didn’t seem wiped down/sanitized. Smoke smell in hallways. We stayed here because our usual hotel in this area was full. Very disappointed. Pool did not look “clean”.

If you like staying where they ha e people living there all the time go for it.. they had trash sitting in the hallways and trash in breakfast area was overflowing ( at 3:39. In the afternoon. Front desk was really slow and we even paid in advance. Looks like they did just enough too make room clean. We won’t be going back. This was our second experience with a Super Eight service. We won’t go to any more Super 8’s.

The outside wasn’t horrible. Inside was a disaster. The hotel was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The gentleman working the front desk was really nice, however took him forever to come out of a residents room to check us in. Room was dirty. Common spaces dirty. Checked out, the breakfast area was nasty.

Sink was stopped up upon arrival. I have 4 children plus 2 adopted and they took my deposit cause of the extra kids but upon arrival did no one tell me that extra children cost. Front desk manager was rude. No breakfast not even the small one.

Decent stay

Found mold on bed

Place was nasty as hell. It was just a place to lay my head for the night but sleeping in my car became a viable option after walking into that nasty room. Sheets were stained, walls were cracked and peeling. I slept in my clothes that night.

Fair hotel for the price. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the entire hotel. I had a non-smoking room.

The hotel was had to find, sign was small hidden by a tree. The room stunk, there was mold on the wall near the window and the bathroom faucet and light fixture was rusty.

The room was clean and most of the staff were nice. The WiFi sucks. It kept kicking us out every time we tried to use it. I was there over a week and my last day there I was waiting on my check to hit my account and they called the police on me after telling me I was ok and they would wait for my payment. Then they also refused to give me my deposit back.

Horrible

Dirty, lots of tweakers inside and out. Didn’t feel safe and didn’t want to sleep in the bed with how dirty everything was.

We had no power because of storm so it was a decent amount to just stay

Just wasn’t what I expected, place was run down, curtains were disheveled, just looking at it from afar didn’t look good,charged 50 dollar deposit you get it back in 7 to 10 days, that should be given back when you check out just for staying there, comforter was very outdated and did not look clean. Floors and bathroom were clean and staff were friendly I have to give them that.

Everything was good

the shower did not work. the electric sockets were loose or broken. the bed covers were stained. the floor was dirty. the check in person could not tell me if the pool was open or not. we did not use it, as it was green. the breakfast that was offered was the worst I have seen. you needed 2 hands to open the door; it stuck that bad.
