Hotel ini sangat perlu memperbaiki kinerja kebersihan di dalam kamar. Their House keeping was so bad. Tapi hotel nya bagus, nyaman dan staff nya friendly. Pasti kembali lagi untuk menginap disana.

Saya stay 14 hari di hotel apt. Kebersihan kamar sangat buruk. House keeping sering kelupaan sesuatu. Lupa air mineral, handuk. House keeping tidak mengganti sarung bantal, selimut, tidak pernah membersihkan meja, lantai. Debu lama ada dimana mana. Sejak masuk bantal ada bau kurang sedap. Seperti tidak di ganti dari tamu sebelum nya. Ini nya kebersihan sangat buruk. Mau komplain jg kurang enak. Udah gpp kita bertahan aja. Terlanjur bayar dan non refundable.

2 bedroom apartments each with their own bathroom make travelling with teens easier. Parking within the hotel should be included though, not an extra charge.

Accommodation itself was fine, however we booked and payed for three and were given a room for 2. We had to go and organise a trundle bed, cups and crockery, towels etc ourself for the 3rd guest. No apology or compensation offered at all.

6泊7日お世話になりましたが、静かで大変落ち着いた宿泊ができました。バスタブも大きく、綺麗でリラックスできました。スタッフもても気持ち良い対応でした。 また、利用したいと思います。

I was disappointed that I wasn't advised of the $200 bond that was taken from me and will take 7 days from checkout to lob back into my account. I was also disappointed that I phoned down to let them know that my air-conditioner wasn't working on a 41° day and still after an hour no one had been up to have a look or fix it. I then had to go down to reception and remind them that no one has still been to my room to look at the air-conditioner turns out it just needed new batteries, not that hard

We had a great 1st Anniversary weekend staying here in a lovely room. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the bathroom great with a spa bath. All staff we talked to were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately thats where my praise ends. As with most hotels the cleaning is obviously rushed and no surfaces either in the room or the hallways have been dusted in weeks. The lack of Netflix or any other smart TV options in 2025 is abit sad. I wanted to use the bathroom washing line to hang up my bathers to dry overnight but it was fused shut. The fridge is very tiny so luckily we were only staying a couple of days. A microwave or bench oven would be a great addition as not everyone wants to use the restaurant. ( Although its food sounds yum and well priced). We did very much enjoy the pool an appreciate the reasonable costs for parking. And despite the lack of some cleaning would stay again because it was delightfully decorated and handy to everything. Thanks.

Wonderful customer service. Went from Pagoda to the Crown Promenade and wished we’d stayed at the Pagoda the whole time instead.

Absolutely great place to stay. Clean, spacious room. Easy acess to all facilities. Only criticism is having to pay $15 to park your car in the hotel gated car park.

Nice spacious room, bed was comfortable and the spa bath a good size! Was able to park our truck easily out the front across the street which was great 👍 will stay again

Our favourite place to stay up Perth way as the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and we love the fact that rooms have a spa and the buffet breakfast is fantastic

A very enjoyable stay over Xmas. The suite was excellent and quiet even though the hotel was full with family groups enjoying the Christmas festivities. We would certainly book again.

Room was comfy,eatery staff good menu ok.Thats all the good now the rest.Tardy room service & having to double check bill for double charging of pre paid accomodation just disappointing. One of the worst!
