Decent apartment, slightly dated and tatty in places but generally good. Had a slight issue with the door key sticking in the lock, could do with upgrading to key cards instead of traditional metal keys.

I would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t get Netflix to work but that’s the only issue I had. Staff very helpful

Not a 4.5* deserving property to be honest

Very good value. Comfy bed and all we could need in the way of facilities, including a bath. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and loads of hot water. Very quiet - we had a good night's sleep. A bit bland, with lots of magnolia paint - a few pictures would cheer the apartments up and make them more homely. Fairly central, opposite the indoor market and NTback to backs, but not the nicest part of the city. All in all, would recommend.

The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding.

A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. The only minor issue we have had was we weren’t given the WiFi passcode and there was a fire alarm malfunction during the evening which forced us to stand in the icy cold street until the firemen given the clear to enter again.

Good stay. Access to city Centre ideal. General all round a good one stop stay.

The staff was okay and the property itself could use some upgrade with regards to the appliances. The front reception was not sticking to its posted operating hours. They closed earlier without notice. The baby cot was old and in bad condition.

Excellent value for money and quality accommodation. One downside was the water supply was so unbearably hot I could shower (had to use bath instead so could mix cold tap). Be warned that maintenance staff will walk in to your room unannounced and for this reason I probably wouldn’t go back, was really unnerving as this happened on more than 1 occasion

Huge and well located apartment. So comfortable could have happily stayed for weeks!

An excellent location to use as a base to visit the city and the surrounding areas. The apartment was well presented and it is located within easy walking distance to the local restaurants. The secure bookable parking was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and did everything to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We will definitely use the services apartments again in the near future when visiting Birmingham.

Rented 2 apartments for 3 nights. Receptionist not very welcoming. Place was tired and worn. No air con, windows could only be partially opened. Bed was uncomfortable and bathroom not very clean. Only saving grace is location was not too far from China Town and walking distance to Bull ring.

My go to place to stay when I travel to Birmingham. Walking distance to Bullring shopping centre, restaurant and Grand central.

It's in the Chinatown. No Aircon was slightly uncomfortable choice as it was a little muggy. Fully equipped Kitchen provided very good service. Not the property's fault but there was a DJ event nearby and sound and screams were annoying as I had to keep the windows open due to the weather...

For the price a very good option
