I would not recommend this hotel. We experienced multiple issues during our stay. Our keys quit working half a dozen times, prompting continuous trips to the front desk. Evening front desk staff could not figure out how to change the bathroom light bulb and was going to leave us overnight without a working bathroom light, so we had to figure it out and change it ourselves. Our room seemed fairly clean, but the common areas are far from clean. The same garbage remained on the floors of the stairwells remained for all three days of our stay, not to mention the carpeting in these areas is extremely stained and dirty. Due to the pool being down for maintenance, which we knew prior to check in, they only offered a $6 amenity fee reduction. If it had not been a busy holiday weekend, we would have left to find different accommodations. Finally the evening staff stopped by our room while walking by to ask why our room door was open. #1 it is none of your business, we had it open on an end room to allow for some air flow through the room. #2 him telling us we needed to close the door and that it could not stay open all night was not needed, but we would like to thank Captain Obvious for that bit of insight.
