The room was clean, the staff was great, it was an amazing night of sleep!

Breakfast had some of the worst fruit I have ever had. Limited choices. Walls were very thin and could hear everything from neighbors/hallway.

Great location!

Hotel is older, with older style and amenities. Rooms and communal areas were clean. It is located a bit outside of the city center and within about a 20-minute walk to the square. There is an onsite restaurant with bar. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

First time staying in Galway, hotel location was great, just a short walk to downtown area or plenty of taxis to take you (front desk can make reservations for you). The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly.

Clean great bed and come comfortable pillows.

Parking was safe and easy, did not cost extra

Le logement est parfait! Très confortable, spacieux et la literie super! Petit déjeuner plutôt bon. Seul bémol nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant de l hôtel et contrairement à l accueil que nous avons reçu à la réception, le service état catastrophique! On nous a installé sur une table de 4 alors que nous étions 5 et la serveuse nous a demandé de nous prendre nous même une chaise des couverts verre bref de nous débrouiller. Repas pas très bon. L hôtellerie impeccable le restaurant pas terrible

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was very comfortable. Staff at the reception desk were helpful. The room was spacious with two comfortable bed. It was conveniently located: 20 minutes walk to the city center and 7 minutes walk to Galway Shopping center. It was 10 euros by taxi to the city center bus stop. We had dinner at Gatto Rosso at the Square and coffee at Cafe Nero. We did 2 bus tours: one was to Cliffs of Moher and Burren; the other was to Kylemore Abbey. Both were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room that was comfortable and good sized. Lacks enough eoecxtrical ougtlets, but the staff provided us with an extension cord. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Nice room, good quality buffet breakfast and plentiful free parking. But what stands out here is the warmth and friendliness of the staff.
