Not the best place. Outdated hotel. Staff was very non-responsive. No one picked the phone in the lobby. They wouldn’t fill back breakfast fast enough. Coffee was horrible. AC didn’t work in the room. Even after so many attempts to get it fixed, AC didn’t work.

Seinissä ei ollut yhtään äänieristeitä. Myös ulkoa kuului jatkuva melu, vaikka ikkuna oli kiinni. Viimeisenä yönä naapurihuoneessa alkoi jatkot klo 4 ja kaikki kuului läpi. Klo 6 alkoi lasiroskan kuljetus ja kolina oli kova. Muuten siisti hotelli ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen tosin turhan suppea ja sama päivästä toiseen.

The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples. It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries.

Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen sicheren Gegend mit idealer Lage. Lediglich die dünnen Wände trüben den Aufenthalt etwas, da man teilweise die Gäste nebenan hört.

Great location to stay in Napoli , short walking distance to shopping and eating area. Loved how they treated my fiancé for her birthday, they sent a champagne bottle to our room. Highly recommend!!!

Hyvä hotelli hyvien yhteyksien varrella ja kävelymatkan päässä hyviä ravintoloita. Aamiainen oli todella kattava suolaisia ja makeita paikallisia ruokia.

Stille og rolig beliggenhet i Chiaia, nærhet til restauranter, kaféer og butikker. Fin spasertur til Via Toledo. Ok frokostbuffet.

Enjoyed my stay! Though the room was small, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and the morning buffet was great. If my travels take me to Naples again, I’m staying here.

Receptionist tried to give me different room, I booked 3 single room, but she wanted to give us queen bed and 1 single.. mane she miss understood.

O hotel é razoável. Café da manhã mediano. O quarto tamanho bom mas o banheiro tem um Box minúsculo, pessoas gordas e altas não conseguem tomar banho. Não é adequado para crianças. O quarto permite escutar tudo dos outros apartamentos. Longe do metro. Não deixam entrar antes do horário, mesmo que seja 30 minutos. Os funcionários são muito educados. Não vale o preço cobrado. Não ficaria novamente.

International standard hotel in lovely Chaiai neighborhood. Spacious and well equipped room. AC very effective but also had windows for fresh air. Enjoyed the breakfast. Great shops, bars and restaurants close by. Easy walking distance to heart of Naples which has great vibe.

Hotel is very basic. Old hotel with wood paneling and needs renovations. Clean rooms though and wood floors, which is a good thing.breakfast basic, but ok. In an area with expensive shops. 10 mnt walk to sea promenade. It’s ok for a quick stopover if you want to be in this area.

I think it was a time when the air conditioning was not working well, but they did their best to accommodate.

No lo recomendaria ni lo repetiria. Alojamiento poco remodelado y atencion minima. Cierto es que tiene buena ubicacion y que habia limpieza pero creo que no cumple unos minimos de seguridad. El acceso al ascensor dudo que pase una persona con cierto peso o una silla de ruedas. Las instrucciones de los enchufes de la habitacion, que tenia su caracteristica, nada de nada.

Nice hotel, located in a great place in Chiaia. Nice gym. People at reception were helpful and nice. Brought extra towels when requested.

Love the location. area is ideal for restaurants, cafes and shopping near the waterfront for a lovely stroll
