I love Cannes and have stayed here for years, we experienced Splendid Hotel twice this year. Was very happy with their accommodations, room size, ocean view rooms, balcony, and location.

Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, chambre très propre. Déco un peu vieillissante, un peu de bruit dans la rue le matin (poubelles et livraisons multiples). C est peut être le prix à payer pour un hôtel très bien situé dans Cannes

Silly coffee policy, which is incorrectly written in english on a tiny card intended to warn the guest, and is not understood by staff, which takes a defensive stance when advised, rather than accommodating. It's not about the coffee, but the policy.

Meget koselig hotell sentralt i Cannes. Fantastisk hyggelig personale. Gode senger. Og vi hadde rom med flott sjøutsikt og en liten balkong. Kan anbefales.

My card key for the door to my room kept failing to work. I had to go back down to réception 6 times to have them redo the key. They finally repaired the lock on my door; it was broken. The bathroom door stuck so badly it was very difficult to get back open. The hôtel is poorly maintained. They didnt' even apologize, much less offer me anything in return for their mistakes. A free drink or breakfast maybe? Not in this place.I decided to leave a Day early. The front desk rudely informed me that I had to leave by noon Thursday, even though my réservation was through Friday morning. They just wanted to resell the room in my absence. It's a shabby hôtel with very poor service. Avoid this place.

´Esperábamos llegar a un gran hotel como lo mostraban las fotos, la recepción es muy pequeña, delante de nuestro balcón había un gran afiche publicitario que nos tapaba la vista al mar. La habitación agradable, pero el hotel tiene muy mal aislamiento y se escuchaban muchos ruidos de descargas de baño, duchas etc para colmo había una discoteca en frente y a pesar de tener ventanas anti ruido no pudimos dormir. Realmente una decepción.
