Rating & Review Keseluruhan Warsaw Presidential Hotel

The hotel is undergoing major renovations on almost all floors (to my knowledge) so you better hope you don't get a room beside the construction. The gym at the hotel is great - large with many different machines.

Friendly reception and very continently located right across from the central train station

Property was conveniently located near train station and breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent gym and spa and friendly staff.

Hotellet var fint, frukosten fantastisk (om än lite dyr) men personalen var inte så serviceinriktad som man förväntar sig på ett sådant här hotell. Min man ville gå in och titta på gymmet för att bedöma om han skulle köpa träningsskor för att kunna gymma under vistelsen men han blev stoppad i dörren under förevändning att han inte får titta på gymmet utan träningskläder, nämnas ska gå också att det stod en person inne på gymmet och gymmade i vanliga friluftsshorts. Dock löste hotellet problemet när vi klagade i receptionen, men personen på gymmet var långt ifrån trevlig. Hotellet var dock välstädat och övrig personal trevlig. Vi reser relativt mycket och det samlade intrycket är att man förväntar sig en annan typ av bemötande på ett hotell som utger sig för att vara bland stadens bästa.

Soft uncomfortable mattress, foil curtain around the bathtub full of bacteria’s, very small bathroom, dated room and furniture, old and very noisy air condition, overpriced breakfast in restaurant so full that you can hardly move between other guests. Perfect location. Overpriced comparing to standard and comfort in other hotels in Warsaw.

The hotel is well equipped for guests and centrally located. Unfortunately a couple service aspects did not meet expectations. Room TV was operating poorly. After a couple visits by technician on the third day of my stay, the hotel changed the TV. Daily room upkeep was inconsistent.

Good Check In Staff Clean Room Good Atmosphere

We stayed at another hotel at the beginning of our trip, left Warsaw to go to Krakow, then returned to Warsaw to fly back to the US the next day. The hotel was perfect. It was a different location than our hotel in the beginning of the trip, which was Old Town. I'm glad we got to experience both parts of this great city. The hotel was a perfect note to end the trip on.
