The property is old, so the shower and the elevator are very small. However, the front desk staff were great.

Hotelli oli hieman nuhjuinen ja vanhanaikainen. Tallelokero puuttui huoneesta. Lähellä rautatieasemaa.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura x un weekend, albergo un po' datato, sulla pulizia ottimo, ogni giorno cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola,non ho fatto la colazione in albergo quindi non posso dare un giudizio, vicino alla stazione e a pochi passi dal porto, dotato di aria condizionata ma nella mia non andava, fortunatamente non ha fatto molto caldo quindi mi è andata bene, materasso comodo,dal terrazzo del 5 piano si gode una bella vista del porto

I loved this hotel. Perfectly situated above the plaza and train station and at the end of the street, full of restaurants and things to see and do and a great view and wonderful staff and convenient and clean and an excellent value for the money. I loved this hotel. I stay at three star hotels to five star hotels and this was the perfect hotel for the visit to Genoa Italy.

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung gebucht um am nächsten Tag mit dem Zug weiter zu reisen. Dafür war das Hotel gut gewählt.

The location is excellent, right in front of the train station. The owner was very nice and explained everything properly. Th thing that wasnt good is the smell, there is a lot of humidity in the building walking down the hallways, once you are in the room it is not noticeable. The other thing that would be appreciated is a bit more variety in the breakfast but you can tell the parents of the owner are in charge and being an older couple it must be hard for them, they do their best and it is very well appreciated, maybe try to just add some eggs and ham at least.

Hotel dignitoso e sicuramente comodo perché fuori la stazione e all'inizio di una delle vie che portano al vicino centro. Struttura un pò datata ma accettabile

Ein Alptraum, man kommt nach Mitternacht als Alleinreisende an und erst finden sie meine Reservierung nicht und dann doch aber haben kein Zimmer frei. Der alte Mann wusste nicht was zu tun, nach ca. 20 Telefonaten und 30 Minuten wird mir gesagt ich komme ich einem anderen “Hotel” unter. Es war weder gleichwertig oder höherwertig als Entschädigung, er hat wohl das billigste und schäbigste “Hotel” in schlechterer Lage herausgesucht. Nur nach Fordern wurde mir das Taxi dorthin gezahlt. Seiner Meinung war es in Fussweite, aber definitiv nicht um 1 Uhr nachts für mich. Hinzu kam, dass er wirklich unfreundlich war.

struttura molto datata (anni 70 probabilmente mai rinnovata), letto rigido, bagno "nautico" (cubicolo, con assa wc rotta), colazione minimale, in compenso personale molto cordiale, comodissimo con stazione Principe (un centinaio di scalini, due minuti dalla reception al binario)

L'hôtel est proche de la gare centrale de Gênes c'est son seul intérêt. L'hôtel est très vétusté : il n'a pas du y avoir de travaux depuis 40 ans. Literie inconfortable et agencement des chambres à revoir. Tout est démodé. Le personnel est accueillant et parle français. Le petit déjeuner est épouvantable : jus d'orange chimique, chocolat à l'eau, charcuterie industrielle et yaourts à température ambiante. Je déconseille cet hôtel.

Tyvärr väldigt dåliga kunskaper i engelska på personalen i receptionen när vi checkade in sent på kvällen. Rum i källarvåningen med många trappor utan hiss. Frukosten kunde varit betydligt bättre.

Good location and decent rooms.There was no parking as advertised, reception advised using the parking lot next door or street parking.When we foind out they wanted 25 euro for one night, we parked on the street much to the annoyance of the parking attendant.Next morning our car had been vandalised, strangely although none others parked around us were.Pretty sure it was retribution for not paying the 25 euros. I general, the hotel didnt seem much interested in helping and were not very welcoming.
