On arrival at 11pm they couldn’t find my booking and it transpired that my room had been given to someone else. fortunately they did have another room available which was a suite. I decided rather than move rooms the following day to the one that I had booked I would pay the extra to stay. They didn’t charge me first night. breakfast was okay quite a few choices. Location is quite convenient for The Centro Commercial, Staff were super helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights in May. The hotel is very central in Alcoy. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The check in and check out staff are friendly.

Hotel was a spotless business-oriented establishment on a side street in an unremarkable small city. Check in was quick and efficient. I requested and got a room with a spectacular view of the canyon from the back of the hotel. The wi-fi worked very well. Breakfast buffet was good if not spectacular. Little chocolate drops near the fresh fruit made a great cup of hot chocolate--skip the packets of overly sugared mix near the coffee machines. The biggest problem was the shower, where in an instant the water temperature veered from perfect to ice cold, then to boiling hot, then back and forth again..

Fantastic room with a spectacular view. Very convenient location. Only disappointing part was the breakfast. Could be way better.

The view from the balcony of the bridge was lovely and the room was very warm.

Really lovely hotel.

The rooms had nice toiletries in them but overall were basic. No kettle in the room which would have been nice and most photos show a kettle available. The hotel bar closes early leaving guests no opportunity to get a drink. The double bed had a broke foot and despite informing staff this was not fixed during the stay.

Nice room, very clean. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was excellent. Curtains need to close more snugly to block out light from the street.

Stort dobbeltrom med godt renhold. Det ble ikke fylt på når vi brukte av toalettartiklene eller når vi brukte av te og sukker. Betjeningen var hyggelige og vi fikk lys i lampen som ikke virket og fikk satt i gang varmeanlegget når det koblet seg ut. Wifi var elendig og det var umulig å se film, det hele ble bare en hakkete stopp opplevelse. Mistet også nettforbindelsen flere ganger. Varslet personalet men ingenting skjedde

Después de reservar una habitación superior por narices me he tenido que ir a una habitación estándar y el Hotel se lava las manos y no me ha querido poner una habitación de lo que yo había contratado habitaciones pequeñas muy antiguas. He pasado frío en fin he sido cliente del Hotel mucho tiempo y no no no merecía este trato. Muchas gracias
