Loved our stay there. Had an amazing sea view room. The only point I would raise is the music I could hear in the room every day all day due to the bar which is open until 1/1:30am daily from 8am onwards. This impacted my sleep. But the hotel, their restaurant, facilities were amazing.

it was stunning. the staff are so professional and very friendly. the cleaners were perfect with so much attention to detail. amazing pool side service and a lovely welcome at reception. prosseco on arrival. stunning location and 10 minute walk to costa adeje market. breakfast was so tasty with so much variety. this was the best hotel i have ever stayed at. i will 100% be coming back.

Stunning hotel with great facilities , food and the staff were extremely friendly. A very short walk from the main beach, stretch and shops. Rooms were spacious and well decorated and presented and the best power shower ever!

Food service in Fish Restaurant was not very good - food was disappointingly average.

Incredible hotel, service and grounds! From arrival drinks, taking our luggage and welcoming to our room, from daily room cleans, turn down service and room amenities such as clarins products and toiletries, everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade on arrival too. Easy and free parking! Worked out cheaper us renting a car for the stay rather than the transfers. The service was impeccable. Attentive and friendly staff and pool service with a good selection of food and drink which were reasonably priced. Definitely deserves the 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again. My only feedback as an area of improvement would be the cocktails (and we tried almost all of them). They looked amazing however the mixers/ juices were all very sugary and didn't taste like the traditional cocktails. The pina colada being the exception, which was fantastic!

We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. We’d accidentally booked a twin and they very generously switched us to an upgraded king room, and as we were handed a glass of Cava each we knew we’d made a good choice. The room itself was amazing. Super comfy bed & sofa, and nice loungers and a table outside on the balcony. Plenty of space around the pools to find somewhere to relax, and the drinks/snacks were great. We ate at the Italian restaurant on the lower level, but the upper level seafood place buffet area looked amazing under the fairy lights. There was some live music on, created a nice atmosphere. Food wine all great, and the service we got at the restaurant was above & beyond. Lovely touch having the tiramisu made at your table! It was delicious. Very reasonable prices too which surprised us - we paid more for a far lesser experience down on Fanabe beach. Breakfast buffet had everything you’d want & more & we arranged a late check out to hang around by the pool for the afternoon before our rearranged flight. It was pure chance we ended up at this resort but it turned out to be an amazing way to end a week in Tenerife. Already planning a return trip!

Our first time here since COVID, it was as nice as it had been previously. There had been some nice improvements in the decor and drinks very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. The only 2 observations of a negative nature, no half board allowance at the fish restaurant was a disappointment and the infrequent nature of the shuttle bus, given the fact the hotel is at the top of a hill.

Second time staying here. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel generally in good condition. Excellent breakfast service.

We weren't given the room we had booked they gave us a bog standard basic room, which we were not happy with, we asked for a change they asked us for 100 euros per night extra.

An excellent hotel, really smart and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful, every one of them. The food was fabulous every day with good variety. The location on the SW of the island is perfect for watching a lovely sunset over La Gomera each evening. €40 taxi to/from the airport takes under 30 minutes.

Whether gazing at the mountains or the shimmering sea, every moment felt like a postcard come to life. If you're looking for a luxurious, authentic, and relaxing getaway, this resort is an absolute dream. I can't wait to return!

We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s an ideal place to stay for a few quiet days of relaxing in the sun by one of the pools. There are beaches not far off, but the hotel is on a hill, so the walk can be hard work in hot weather, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service. The rooms a lovely, although old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable - excellent comfortable beds. Also terrific buffet breakfasts to be enjoyed alfresco and I’d recommend half board as the evening meal (also a buffet) is worth having. We will return!
