Very comfortable stay. Rooms well kept and large. Staff very kind and well trained!

Amazing property, one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. Pristinely clean, luxury service and beautiful small touches. The private pool was appreciated on hot afternoons. The entire hotel property is huge, and requires buggies to move around. Breakfast is delicious and extensive. 360 bar views are beautiful. Access to a beach club on BangTao beach, with daily shuttle services. Beach is stunning.

Clean room! In room spa is amazing! The staff was so helpful and very attentive. The resort is a little far from the beaches, but the staff is very helpful with recommendations and there’s a free shuttle to Bang Tao and the Villa Market.

It’s an older property and the water pressure was terrible. Breakfast was average.

Fin anläggning rent övergripande. Dock fanns det en väldigt jobbig lukt i vårt rum som gav oss huvudvärk- osäker på om det var alla doftpinnar som satt utsatta i hela lägenheten. Varför gör man det - fanns det en annan otrevlig lukt att dölja. Trevlig frukost, ok mat i Firefly och 360. Vår upplevelse av 360 förstördes av de som sjöng. De var inte dåliga men ljudet var otroligt högt.

Nice hotel, which accomdates our family of 3 plus a helper. Very spacious room, nice food, good location, and most important of all, great services from very nice staffs (thank you Sol and the team for creating the home-coming atmosphere.)

Utmärkt hotell med fantastisk service, bra rum, fint poolområde och tre bra restauranger. Enda minuset är att det ligger lite off och det går inte riktigt att promenera till stranden. Hotellet erbjuder dock kostnadsfria shuttles.

ホテルライフ中心の滞在の方には良いと思います。山全体がホテルとなっていました。朝食は質の良いものでした。またスタッフの皆さんも明るく好感がもてました。 一方で、このホテルは部屋の選択が重要だと感じました。ロビーまでは気軽にバギーを出してもらえますが、度重なると遠慮してしまいました。またプーケットは朝晩の交通渋滞が激しく、パトンビーチやオールドタウンまでの時間がかかるのが難点。

Very lovely hotel with great staff who took care of us right from our first night to check out. They really do know how to spoil you there. The service is top notch and its a beautiful hotel. Would gladly come here again. Thank you to the Pavilions Phuket team.

Absolutely amazing

A beautiful property with numerous amenities. I stayed for a week in a suite with a private garden. Spacious accomodations, impeccably clean, and a pleasant decor. My morning highlight was always the included breakfast buffet. Numerable tasty selections. My dinners at Firefly and Alto were also very enjoyable. Resort staff are all top notch, very service oriented, and quick to respond to your needs.

Cannot fault. Was the most amazing stay in our own private pool villa.

War schön, das grosse Badezimmer hst zwar gestunken aber im grossen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Anlage. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar! Kann es aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen..
