Great reception on arrival and then all downhill from there. My room had a sloped ceiling in it that was so low when I woke up at night I was close to knocking myself out when I hit my head. I asked after checking in but they couldn’t accommodate a change. The restaurant had a valentine day dinner that was well bellow average, breakfast was so poor din not have plates available to take food and for a hotel with this high of rating they can’t only have nespreso crap capsul coffee.

Great hotel. Good location.. the rooms were thoroughly clean and smells good. Friendly staff.. will definitely stay at this hotel again ..
