Room was really unique but did need a dust and the bathroom was one of the smallest I’ve ever been in

Lovely location and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only negative was a smell that emanated from our shower drain that permeated the bathroom. We managed to contain it to the bathroom but it was not pleasant at all!

Quiet location yet close to one of the main streets, short walk to station, bus terminal, Grand Canal, Rialto and St Mark's. Great restaurants all around. Very nice spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal place to explore Venice.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed. There was no elevator, but the host helped us bring our luggage up to our rooms, which was very kind. The property itself is well kept and beautiful inside. It was very clean and everything worked well inside the room. There was lots of storage. The breakfast was excellent and included hot food. The location is quiet but just steps away from restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to the vaporetto station 5 minutes away. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our trip to Europe and this one was our favourite. Highly recommend!

Jeg er utrolig fornøyd med oppholdet mitt på dette hotellet. Hotellet er veldig vakkert, med en fantastisk atmosfære. Beliggenheten er perfekt, med kort vei til både severdigheter og andre fasiliteter. Sengen var svært komfortabel, personalet helt fantastisk – utrolig hyggelige, imøtekommende og alltid klare til å hjelpe med et smil.

Amazing stay! Beautiful high ceilings, tall windows that open onto the canal. The staff was excellent and welcoming and very helpful! The neighborhood was fantastic - quiet but steps away from great restaurants and top tourist destinations. It is a beautiful and well-maintained historic building from the 1600s. All the charm and elegance you could want from a Venetian stay. We stayed in March, so the mild weather didn’t require heating or AC, so cannot speak to the quality. One thing to point out that differed from the listing - there is not an airport shuttle. I recommend taking the Alilaguna shuttle, which picks up about a ten minute walk from the hotel at the Madonna church. You can also hire a private taxi for €160, but the Alilaguna is €18ish one way per person.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was better than expected. Good location for all area’s and on the quieter side of town. Would definitely go back.

The room was really clean. The hotel is a small boutique hotel but really beautiful and in an ideal location, 15 minutes away from the Rialto bridge. It was close to lots of nice bars and and restaurants.

Unico problema la mamcanza del bidet. Forse perché la camera era idonea anche per portayori di handicap, ma per noi è stato fastidioso.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were scrumptious with painted art all around. The beds are very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The area is beautiful and quiet. The daily coffee and breakfast is much desired. Amazing property.

ベネチアセントルシア駅からは階段も沢山ある為、歩くと多分45分位かかってしまうのでスーツケースがある場合は水上タクシーなどを利用しなければなりません。それであれば15分程で着きます。 但し料金は80€なので日本円だと約20,000円となってしまいます。
