I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Anezi Tower Hotel. For the entire week in Room 825, there was no Wi-Fi access. From the day I arrived, I repeatedly contacted reception to report the issue. On the fourth day, I was offered a room change; however, the alternative rooms (823 & 817) had exactly the same problem, with only one bar of Wi-Fi signal when tested.When I asked reception if I could use an adaptor to work from the bar lobby due to the lack of connectivity in my room, I was told by two receptionists(ladies) that they’re too busy dealing with a group. I later raised the wifi matter with the manager, Meryeme, who sent Abdullah to assist. Sadly, I found him dismissive, rude and unhelpful. A technician later confirmed that the router is located in the corridor, the signal does not properly reach the rooms. In addition, Rooms 817 & 823 had the same Wi-Fi issues, were dark, had no sea view as paid for, contained outdated furniture unsuitable for working, with no proper table provided. The bathroom mirror was stained, the glass shelf under coffee machine was cracked, cut my finger. I had to make several calls simply to request a late check-out at 2pm instead of 12pm, eventually granted. The restaurant staff and cleaning team were so lovely throughout my stay, and Abdessamad from the night reception team was lovely, polite, helpful, and attentive. Overall I would rate this hotel as no more than a 2-star. Staff are very rude, unfriendly. Avoid at any costs.

Rooms spotless, staff quite courteous and amenities great. The absence of Half Board booking should be made clearer; not at the point of service. Even when money has already been paid, one is asked to pay again for supper.

Oui le sol est tres froid,le buffet est bien ,le dejeuner non .les vitres sont salles .il nya pas de verre dans la chambre,la petite bouteille de 3 dj coute 2 € des profits de bout de chandelles les courrantsdaire dans la reception

Anezi Tower Hotel on Agadiirin suurin hotelli, joka on selkeä maamerkki Agadiirissa. Hotelli on todennäköisesti ollut luksushotelli kun hotelli on valmistunut, oletettavasti 70-luvulla. Hotelli on kuitenkin melko vanhentunut, eikä sitä voi mitenkään kutsua luksushotelliksi enää. Hotelli on hyvällä sijainnilla.

La chambre était grande et propre .La femme de chambre était charmante et dévouée. Le seul hic avec la chambre c'est le séchoir à cheveux qui était défectueux et n'a pas été réparé durant notre séjour de 28 jours malgré le fait que nous leurs en avons fait part à quelques reprises. Nous en avons donc acheté un . A la cuisine et aux services de tables les employés sont très gentils et attentifs à nos goûts et besoins . Ce fut un plaisir de les côtoyer. La nourriture est bonne . Les piscines sont très bien entretenues et les espaces pour se reposer ou bronzer sont vastes. Nous avons aimés notre séjour à cet endroit et nous pensons fortement à y retourner . Un bémol : la réception : certains employés de la réception sont ou semblent assez hautains malgré notre gentillesse envers eux . Et pourtant c'est la premiere ligne ça la réception et c'est nous les clients. Les clients sont pourtant ceux qui font vivre l'hotel . Ça ce fut le hic, la déception, avec le séchoir à cheveux .Le reste était parfait.

Det var en noget turbulent indkvartering. Men tingene blev rettet. Smuk udsigt ud over by, strand og bjerg. Perfekt beliggenhed midt i centrum. Tæt på strand. Lækker morgen og aften buffet. Meget søde og imødekommende personale.
