J’ai aimé le confort de la chambre, le personnel de l’hôtel attentionné et le service de bar/resto/terrasse piscine, et ce, même en hiver. Bien que j’aie été la seule à me baigner pendant mon séjour, j’ai apprécié y avoir accès. Le point négatif est que l’internet ne se rendait pas dans ma chambre. Je devais sortir dans le corridor pour y avoir accès ou installer une chaise à côté de ma porte, à l’intérieur de ma chambre. Je ne crois pas que cela touche toutes les chambres, mais cela peut être contraignant si l’on n’a pas de wifi personnel.

Stayed 10 years ago and the Topaz was a lovely hotel them Now it’s become a dumping ground for rude, homophobic old people who are waiting for God so speak who stay in Malta over tge winter months. The Topaz is now also used by people on cheap package holidays who can be antisocial, drunk and homophobic/ bigoted . Breakfast is a further nightmare with old people sitting at tables for hours from 7 am making it difficult to get a place to sit and eat if your a disabled person wanting breakfast. Room 1115 I stayed in was nice but dated and so spent a lot of time on a local Malta bus visiting Valletta and Mosta to avoid the hotel guests

Went for a few days room only as good selection of nearby cafes, supermarkets and restaurants plus good bus network across the island a short walk away. Supermarkets nearby too. Basic but clean twin bedded accommodation with kettle and cups (but bring or buy your own tea/coffee/sugar and water) as Maltese hotel tap water not the best for drinking and bottled water fairly cheap and plentiful. In past years, this hotel used to accommodate unruly foreign students but I understand this is no longer the norm so much quieter. All the usual hotel facilities and a good choice for anyone looking for cheap and cheerful off peak stay.

As usual I find the Topaz good value for money, I have been using the same hotel for over 10 years now. I find the staff to be very helpful and go the extra mile to access information and resolve issues.

Heel groot hotel,Kamer was dik in orde,badkamer proper en ruim wel weinig druk op het water en korte doucheslang,niet ideaal voor grotere personen. Een goeie,leuke locatie,dichtbij openbaar vervoer,ontbijtbuffet was heel goed,genoeg keuze,ik had een prima verblijf

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. For older people like us in the 60's was a bit hard getting around because it's away from everything. The room was big and clean but kept getting issues with the bathroom everyday. We had water all over the floor and mentanance kept coming to fix it everyday. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

It was family friendly, pool was nice, but looks bigger in photos shown online. The air conditioning was not up the standers and was very out dated, had to ask staff for a fan, that they did provide. When asking staff for cutlery to eat something in my room a was told they didn’t have any, this was quite shocking!! They also advertise they have free WiFi in your room but this doesn’t work!

Hotel e camere in buone condizioni, buono il rapporto qualita' prezzo, il personale e' molto attivo, la colazione abbondante e le due piscine rendono il soggiorno piu piacevole. Comoda anche la distanza con mezzi pubblici che sono efficenti.

The property needs some updating. Especially the AC it's too noisy Especially at night and it needs a little bit more cold air coming into the room. It's a little to warm for hot weather. Otherwise it's a good hotel.

Fabulous stay at a very friendly and welcoming hotel. Food and drink were very good. A bit cheaper if you go to the many restaurants very close by. Swimming pool was great, closes too early though at 18:00. Highly recommend this establishment to stay at.

Hotel was very friendly ,staff helpful , dining great choice of food , it is used by a lot of students but that didn't affect the stay .Family room was large split room apartment with a big bathroom .Air con could have been better .pool was lovely

Hôtel délabré, Clim qui fuit, un bruit horrible, la baie vitrée HS. Piscine intérieure en travaux, salle de jeux indisponible, distributeur de café HS… bref, on a payé un braquage pour pas grand chose…

Decent option. But the rooms don't have double beds, and the service personal is often confused. The pool is only open till 18:00, which makes it pointless because the hotel is not nice enough to stay in during the day. Parking in the area is very difficult. The breakfast is very good.

The bathroom was leaking from banjo to the ground!
